Quick break cover.
This was cover for an extra, spur of the moment, break. I went with Puffin, as I am an existing customer, and thought that my details would by held within my account. Unfortunately I had to start from scratch, which was annoying. However, the quote was acceptable, and I set up the cover.

Insurance At Its Best
It was quick and easy to go through plus its price and cover is outstanding compared to other travel insurance companies I looked at, so overall I'm very pleased and look forward to using it a lot more on future trips. All thanks to my neighbour who uses this insurance company everywhere they go.

Premature assessment.
I gave the 5 star rating purely based on the simplicity of the application process and the apparently decent quote for our holiday.
I think that, to request any sort of rating is premature as, until the unfortunate need to use the policy, we have no experience of how "good" the policy is.

Despite providing a large amount of information, including, Car hire docs, crime report, photos, etc Claim was rejected by the underwriter AXA. Basically accusing me of lying. Really poor clearly just trying to avoid paying out on a genuine claim. Avoid. I won't use the again.
