Lovely staff, helped me match a foundation, I really like my new cushion :)

The salesperson at the cashier deliberately didn’t mentioned and didn’t give me the freebie that comes with my cushion foundation. The freebie box was next to her. Carnaby street store at 17:00 if you want to look up. The other staff members are really nice - they even teach me how to use that freebie when I get one at the checkout. Unfortunately I didn’t get any, not a single sample as well. This is pretty bad.

When I e-mailed about an item out of stock on the website I got an immediate response telling me there were lots in the store. One hour later I had purchased and returned home with that product. Very good in store and online customer service.

Avoid! Customer service is really bad. I ordered the wrong shade and realised straight away that I wanted to return the item, but they said it was open. However, there was no seal to break and the item wasn't even touched. I only looked at it with my eyes and somehow it became unsuitable to return. I am never ordering from them again.

Updated. As stated before there wasn’t a seal to break or start with.

Such a lovely experience at the Puresoeul Kingston store! The team were absolutely brilliant — bright, fun, super friendly and incredibly informative. From the moment we walked in, they made both myself and my partner feel so welcome and really looked after us.

I spent quite a bit in store, and the team went above and beyond to make the experience feel special. They also made sure I was signed up to the loyalty scheme and kindly gifted me some complimentary goodies, which genuinely meant a lot. 🤍
The offering in Kingston was amazing too — so much choice and everything was presented beautifully. I’ll definitely be making the Kingston store my go-to over Stratford now!

Korean skincare seems to be trending, but I think it is definitely for a good reason, I have already used several products before and did wonders for me. The staff at the physical shop were really thorough when selecting what was best for me and, where purchasing online, I received a super nice card.
