I visited the Leicester branch and asked questions about some of the products I needed. The staff were very informative and helpful and the store was bright, clean and well organised.

The jar was half empty when I first opened it. I reported to the team that there might be a packaging/manufacturing issue, but they dismissed it.
The product is quite disappointing, and the packaging is deceiving, as it doesn't contain the amount they state.

We would like to reassure you that the product contains the stated amount. During transit, movement can cause the cream to shift and gather on one side of the jar. The cream should settle and redistribute over time with normal use.

The team were quite sweet and helped me but I do think there was an opportunity they missed for upselling. I mentioned several concerns I had in the conversation and despite only asking for one specific product, I think they could easily have sold me several more with a little effort. Not a criticism, just an observation. I was on holiday and was prepared to spend money on the right products. I came away with a travel pack of face wipes and dry hair shampoo, but I would easily have bought other items with a little more enthusiasm of the products in store

Great store. Lots of good products for your skin and hair. Affordable prices with very good ingredients. Definitely try their serum with hyaluronic acid from LUVUM. And they have a large selection of face masks; I love them. ❤️
