Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing customer service experience. The whole team seemed uninterested in helping. I tried asking for assistance, but the answers were very short and not helpful.
I was looking for a particular product, and instead of trying to help me find it or suggesting an alternative, I was simply told, “We don’t have it here, look on our website.”
I personally love shopping in-store and prefer the experience of seeing and buying products in person, but unfortunately, I often feel that the team doesn’t really care about the customers or make an effort to help. Good customer service makes such a big difference, and I really hope this improves.

Friendly staff asking to help and at till. However they didn't know what yepoda was when I asked. The shop was small so I wasn't able to get the full range of beauty by joseon. I had to buy the face mask I wanted elsewhere. However there was a good selection of torriden products which were recommended on my skincare app lovi. Even some minis so that was good. I think I will stick to shopping online to get the full range.
