Just two lines. I'm realizing, at the expense of my cats' health, that the products sold by this company are terrible. As the title suggests, they are pursuing the extermination of pets. Do not buy any products from this company.

Nur zwei Zeilen. Mir wird auf Kosten der Gesundheit meiner Katzen klar, dass die von dieser Firma verkauften Produkte schrecklich sind. Wie der Titel schon sagt, verfolgen sie die Ausrottung von Haustieren. Kaufen Sie keine Produkte dieser Firma.

The moment I opened the packet I almost vomited from the smell. This is specialist cat food which I purchased for cats with kidney issues. My cat licked the sauce and left the dubious fake meat lumps which actually looked like golden nuggets breakfast cereal pieces soaked in gravy. My other cat, who is a feline dustbin did eat it but he will eat anything. I think the final insult is paying a lot of money for specialist food for sick cats and getting garbage. If I could give it no stars I would. It’s so bad I don’t even want to donate it to a charity.

My cats got used to eating their products Turkey with carrots and chicken with green beans as their main wet diet. These heartless, ruthless, careless for your pets organisation suddenly stopped the manufacturing of these products before to cut costs and make more profit for them. Now they've done it again. I WISH I'd never touched their products in the first place. Now my cats have no wet food to eat, I am trying to train them on other products. Never trust this worthless and useless conglomerate parasitic organisation. When cats get used to a product it is very difficult to change them to eat something else

New formula for small dog breed makes dogs incredibly thirsty. Contacted Purina New Zealand and they couldn't care less .

They sell pouches that are not fit for sale - namely medley selection in gravy and ocean fish selection in gravy with air in the packs - the last 3 boxes of 12 were all affected, my cats turn away from it and vomit if they try it, it also smells vile so obviously rotten food. Seems they're QC standards need looking at. Time to call in trading standards I think as this is making cats ill. Time we boycotted Purina until they improve. Please everyone file complaints using their online forms to try stop this.e

I have a rescue cat. At first she had worms so she got dewomed and given probiotics by the vet. The diarrohea continued for 3 weeks every day x 3 a day. I was at my witz end thinking I will have to return a poorly cat and she is only 10 months she should not be sick. Stopped all dry food was only feeding 'As good as it gets FELIX'. Eventually after reading forums, took her off Felix (even Purina told me it won' t be helping her?!!!) and gave her plain cooked fresh chicken and grain free dry from Encore. She has not had a bad bowel movement since. Found out on Facebook 17000 people joined a forum to say their cats got sick after eating this!! What is this food really??? Are you disclosing the real ingredients???? Do not give this to your cat. FIND SOMETHING ELSE.

My cat absolutely loved their urinary tract pouches she suffers from stress cystitis and had for a year no episodes on getting a new order, salmon and chicken multipack as usual over night on starting the new batch refused to touch it she sniffed and walked away contacted Purina and as requested sent a couple of pouches for testing and surprise surprise they said nothing wrong oh apart from my cat wont touch it. excuse cat change their taste in food huh so going from wolfing it down to would rather go hungry overnight is normal this along with other stupid reason as a gesture of good will offer to refund me for the 2 pouches sent to them so i am left with 60 pouches that my cat wont eat and i wont give elsewhere because i dont know what wrong with it so they went in the bin not as caring a pet company as they say

I paid extra to have my cat food delivered by Next Day Delivery as I have in the past. The reason for this is that they use Evri to deliver regular deliveries and your cat could starve to death before Evri actually deliver it.
Previously it has been delivered by Yodel - great! For some reason, this time they decided to use Evri for a next day delivery. Why would they do that?
Lo and behold - no cat food two days later and the status on Evri is “On its way” which means it is at the depot sitting waiting (god knows for how long).
When asking Purina why they used Evri when it is indicative that they are incapable of delivering next day items, the excuse from Purina is that they don’t have any control who the courier is (?!?) Rubbish!
When customers pay extra for a service, the seller has the responsibility to ensure this service is delivered as agreed!
No more orders from me!

I wish I could give you zero stars. 100g to 85g but the price the same?

Btw, judging by other reviews, your excuse of ‘cats cannot eat 100g’ and ‘other competitors do only 85g’, other competitors have more meat in pouches too. Not your random left overs of meat!
Unfortunately, my cat likes the jelly but I will be trying other food for her.
I’m sure eventually, we will move on from your greedy hands.

Have been ordering regularly but due to prices will need to shop around.
Delivery has always been fast and my 3 cats like gravy food.

First time order from purina cat food arrived when they said it would exactly what I ordered no damaged boxes excellent service very good price will be ordering more from them 10/10

I had a query over changing a card payment. My query was responded to very quickly & the matter sorted within an hour.

It took me a week after receiving my latest order of Felix Doubly Delicious before I noticed that the pouch size has been reduced by 15%, now 85g, but the price is the same.
Greedy bastards. I have been using Felix for many years, but now weaning my 3 cats onto other food.
I wonder how many other people feel the same?

BULK ORDERED FELIX CAT FOOD 10 DAYS AGO ON STANDARD DELIVERY. CHASED ORDER DUE TO NON-RECEIPT ON THE 9TH DAY & ADVISED IT APPEARS EVRI STILL HAVE THE PARCEL -SHOCK! CM SERVICE REP SAID WOULD ORGANISE A REPLACEMENT TO BE SENT ASAP BUT REFUSED TO SEND IT ON A NEXT DAY SERVICE AS I HADN'T ORIGINALLY PAID FOR THAT SERVICE. TOTALLY MISSING THE POINT THAT I'D PLACED THE ORDER 9DAYS PREVIOUS & STILL NO FOOD!! RANG AGAIN TODAY TO CHECK WAS SENT YESTERDAY & IT WASN'T!! STILL IN WAREHOUSE, THEREFORE EXPECT IT TO BE DELIVERED 2/3 DAYS FROM DATE OF DISPATCH. BY THAT TIME-IF I DO RECEIVE IT-IT'LL BE EDGING TOWARDS 2 WEEKS FROM ORIGINAL ORDER DATE. RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU'RE NEEDING FOOD FOR A REQUIRED DATE, DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

La soupe hydracare pro plan chat est un excellent produit. C'est certain. En revanche, l'ancienne formule a disparu sans aucune information donc on s'est retrouvé en rupture de stock partout et la nouvelle formule revient encore plus chère et les sachets plus petits.. Curieuse conception du respect du clients. Bref ils sont nuls. Si un concurrent venait à proposer ce type de produit je n'hésiterai pas à changer de fournisseur..on a rien a perdre en fait.

I placed an order via a monthly subscription yet never received the goods later for them to dispatch another order. I cancelled my subscription right away after this incident however they’ve then took another payment and “processed an order”. This order again did NOT arrive. This was now in MARCH. I have sent multiple message to cancel this and refund the order. For them to keep telling me the order is “stuck in processing “ however I do NOT want this order. I have cancelled my subscription yet they still take money , send no goods and refuse to refund but send a returns label to return the good THAT I DO NOT HAVE ?!?!?!

I contacted Purina Direct as I received a damaged bag of dog food (split) the customer service team polly and Tracey were professional and dealt with the issue promptly it was a no quibble or hassle resolvement - my dog has been on the en gastro kibble since experiencing HGE twice and the vet recommend this low fat hydrolysed diet in the last year she has not experienced HGE and I can only put it down to the hydrolysed kibble and the daily fortiflora sachets well done team and thankyou

We opened a can of Purina gourmet natures creations rich in tuna, we noticed our cats would not eats it, we found a piece of plastic string in the can which was 6.5 inches long, we contacted Purina, sent pictures and even sent the can and string back, We received a response after a week or so that the reason the string was in the can was we had opened a ring pull can with a can opener and according to them their was indents on the can to confirm this, well we opened it with the ring pull , What a load of tosh, Well all Purina products are now off our cats menu and will not be purchased by us. So there products QOS is need of inspection but try to blame us, don't think so.
