Something has changed with this food and they know it. People are complaining of pets becoming lethargic, really ill and dying after eating this. Numerous fb groups of people complaining of it. Its costing thousands in vet bills for pets to be treated. Be aware

Definitely an issue with the quality of Felix as good as it looks, myself and a friend have eight cats between us and even the two feral cats we look after are now refusing to eat this stuff. Not sure on the issues they're having with this cat food whether it maybe inconsistent quality of the ingredients but it's discernibly a different product over the last couple of years.... I will avoid buying this stuff from now on. Fed up throwing this stuff in the bin, interestingly within 24 hours of it going in the bin the rancid smell from the food probably speaks for itself.

Opened the bag and it’s torn so easily and the silly ziplock doesn’t work so a waste of money for a 2.8kg bag if they dry out now, won’t buy again

We've been feeding our cat Felix Doubly Delicious and our cat started to be sick, so we switched to the shreds and the same again our poor boy was sick after every few pouches given, even begrudgingly ate the bland variety they do which is why we switched up to doubly delicious. Bland food from another independent producer was recommended and has been fine since.
Would not recommend purina at all and will steer well clear, according to a great number of other reviews of poorly cats after having eaten purina products there's obviously an issue with the change in "recipe"/ingredients, my sceptical side would say the new recipe is a cost cutting exercise replacing any little goodness that was once there with more fillers and derivatives, hmm?? ......

Can't speak much for the brand but my cat absolutely loves the Go cat biscuits and refuses to eat anything else! He's been on them for over a year now and he absolutely clears his bowl everytime lol

Any delivery related problems Purina say take it up with Yodel?

Although I stand by my poor rating review from yesterday I feel it only fair to thank Purina for their swift and pleasant response to my delivery issues, I was understandably angry and frustrated with the delay and wish to make it clear I have no issues whatsoever with the actual product, cat food now delivered by a lovely gentleman so happy cat and a happy cat mum once again

I was feeding my cat purina and she loved it. Over the past few months she started to become ill. Loosing fur bald patches scabs all over back neck and head. I stopped feeding purina fur is growing back no more scabs and is much happier in herself. It was definitely the food that caused her to be ill.

Ordered dog food a week ago and not sent ourt for delivery. They take 5 days to refund why?

Ordered midnight on Friday. Was with it at 5pm on Saturday. Goods arrived no damage ect and the box it vane in was literally made for my cats it had a window you could take our so your cats can poke head through.
Will use again I got 60packs of senior cat food for 20 and free delivery. Its usually 20 for 40 packs online and in shops

Well I really want to stop buying Purina - what a mean company. I got a pack of cat food which was rancid and my cat refused to eat it and I was sent a £2 voucher despite the fact that a box of cat food costs £5. I find it hard to believe such a big company would be hard up. I sent a picture of the packet which had leaked and the food was fysgusting but they wanted more evidence and batch codes. Well how about these big companies doing the right thing and giving something back?

What is going on with this company? Videos show that their petfood contains high vit D and was withdrawn. I have been trying to get hold of a specific dog food recommended by the vet hospital and now you can't get it anywhere? Where has Purina gone wrong?

Absolutely shocking company, I am definitely not coming back! Put a review here a few months ago about the order that has never been processed despite constant e-mails, and here it is, turned up randomly in 3 separate boxes on different days months later??? The money also taken, I was wondering how could it be considering I placed order a few months ago and for different amount? Shocking, and something really dodgy going on, I am swapping for different retailer. Although really worried now after all the reviews about the product itself too.

Had a lovely email from Katherine from Purina about my stolen parcel,she has forwarded my email to the shop team to try and get my problem resolved,I have also had an email from yodel asking what happened and apologised that my parcel was not delivered to my safe place and have asked the police to visit me to take details,I will hear back from yodel in the next 48 hours about their internal investigation.again a big thank you to Katherine in her help

My pup is a very picky eating and has a few issues with other brands being to heavy for her, a vet advised to try a grain free food as this is better for larger breeds. I bought the Purina grain free food for sensitive tummies and what a difference it has made. Her coat is looking great and weight and she loves it especially mixed with a bit of warm water. Thank you 😊

Volevo fare acquisti direttamente dall'azienda rispetto ai venditori e con sorpresa i costi sono maggiorati qui, rispetto al venditore, quindi a cosa serve venire ad acquistare direttamente dalla Purina ? Naturalmente non ho acquistato nulla.

I’ve had several blown sachets ruining everything in the box.
I’ve also had sachets that were full of air and rancid cat food.
Contacted Purina who stated it was a manufacturing fault. Not good enough.
This happened twice in 2 months. I won’t be buying it again!

I don't even want to give this rubbish product 1 star It's full of sugars/ fillers /derivatives . only 4% meat content
if you love your cat avoid much better out there even cheaper. Even my ferals refused to eat it. I work in rescue and we gets lots of young cats needing dentals CATS DONT NEED SUGAR its addictive which is why people find it hard to get their cats to change to something else.
