I don't know what has happened to the recipes, across Purina'a wet cat food ranges, but I have 3 cats that are suddenly walking away from a wet feed every time i serve this now. No matter the flavour!!

Come per i prodotti in scatola o barattolo, dovrebbero scrive il peso effettivo sgocciolato ... ma questo non lo fanno perché non è obbligatorio ,, obbligatorio è solo LUCRARE sulle vendite dei prodotti per gli amici a 4 zampe,, ........ PURINA !!! ,,,, attenti a ciò che comprate e da chi lo comprate e condividete le esperienze cosi da diffondere la conoscenza, unica tutela per tutti noi !!!!

I have been ordering my dog food for a number of years now off PURINA BREEDER , It DISCUSTING..!! I pay next day delivery and this time it's 4 days late ..I told them since using YODEL there is an issue, when they deliver they seem to throw it to the side of my house ..Last time they did this I never saw the box's left in the rain .It was as thow they just threw it out the van and it landed where it was .I have spoken to both PURINA and YODEL, YODEL blame PURINA ,As they are waiting for them to give them further information lol.Surely when you pick a parcel up , you know if something is not correct..And should have been delt with but I just want to know ,What excuse for the rest of the time when the food is late .When I had DPD never had an issue,But they tell me they will not be using DPD .I think PURINA should take the welfare of animals more serious as at the moment I have three dogs now with a bad tummy due to them yet again being late with the food , I have to go out and go somewhere else ..If they are not going to be more caring then I have no choice But go somewhere else .I used to spend £200 a month in food with them , but have just pulled what I was having as They are not reliable.. Ofcourse the guy for my area will call me and spin a yarn , But it's not going to wash with me now ..If you have good regular customers then it's good to keep them ..But got to spend today looking for another company..

I have used Purina one for a good while. My cats enjoy it and want more especially beef and carrots. I have never had any issues with this product and it's very affordable price and everything your cat needs.

My cat is very ill, 2 unopened boxes of As Good As It Looks fish selection had sachets inside that had burst open and leaked, with mold growing out of them. I've now done a lot of research and there appears to be a massive problem with their food. My cat is still at the vets as he's now got jaundice and his liver and white blood count is affected. I am really angry. If I could upload photos, I would.

Ordered off the website directly didnt know you could do that!! Very easy to do.

Just realised the Felix cat food pouches have gone from 100g to 85g. That is about the equivalent of 6 pouches less than usual. Another con, and I see I’m not the only one to complain. I will not buy Felix any more. Greedy companies, but at least we can choose not to use their products.

Yet another big business ripping off its customers. Not content with previous price increase of around 30-40%, Purina (Nestle) have now effectively added another 15% price rise to their Felix cat food by reducing the pouch size to 85g from 100g. When questioned about this a representative told me it was so they could make the pouches recycleable. I have never heard such BS as this. They can make any size packet recycleable. this is just another blatant rip off.

To be honest, I have not being disappointed before but ordered three bags of my dogs food performance adult on the 22nd of May and have still not Received it. Ordered my puppy food on the same day and that has been delivered. I have four big dogs and rely on this food being delivered. I have phoned them. I have messaged them. What else can i do?

I used the total care allwormer and flea control and it has done nothing, both my dogs still have fleas. Soo disappointed as it wasn't cheap to buy. I bought new bedding and sprayed the yard and will have to repeat the whole process. I won't be purchasing this product again.

My cats have always had Felix pouches, only now they refuse to eat it and I don’t blame them as the smell is revolting, beyond bad. Their water consumption increased considerably too. My cats are scratching themselves constantly, it’s not fleas and their coats look shabby. I thought it was just a bad batch of pouches, only after researching the problem I see it’s a vast problem with Purina products. It’s shocking!
My last purchase of 3x40 pouches have been binned. I had noticed old style packaging, although it’s all well within the use by date. No reply from Purina after me contacting them.
Our pets shouldn’t be suffering.

this is the second complaint for CAT FOOD; by PURINA
First the packaging was faulty and the contents of the pack was SOLID rock hard. After a couple of weeks they refunded the money. No mention if my cats had eaten any ??? They wernt interested.
THEN (like an idiot) I bought a 12 x 85gm box with OCEAN DELICASCIES MINI FILETS IN GRAVY. I shared a pack of shrimp and Ocean fish with with my 2 cats.
IMMEDIATELY BOTH OF THEM WERE VOMITING VIOLENTLY
After a while they stopped vomiting.
Tonight, Sunday, my husband picked a pack of TUNA WITH SHRIMP ACCIDENTALLY NOT REALISING THIS WAS THE POISONOUS BOX HIDDEN AT THE BACK OF THE CUPBOARD READY FOR RETURN AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN.
THIS IS A SERIOUS COMPLAINT AND A REFUND IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH
MY CAT RAN OUT OF THE HOUSE. I HOPE HES OK
THE OTHER CAT REFUSED TO EAT IT THANK GOD.

Spoke to Purina today.
10 out of 10 for the receptionist as she was helpful,
very pleasant and courteous
She said that some cats react to the flavours if they have not been tried before. They were prawn...as a vegetarian even the word makes me GIP !
Am getting a refund
I really dont know what to think
There were "no" notes on the product to say anyone else had complained ??
Just weird that both cats reacted in the same way.
Kev and Ty are precious to me.....vey precious.
I will steer clear in future.

No Idea what has happened ,I have 6 cats who have always loved this food but now wont touch it !its the one marked No colourants ,had to switch to whiskas and looking for another alternative ,4 of them have had loose,runny poo and been off colour ,ive thrown it in the bin as its just not worth it .
If it helps anyone else in the same position ,they have taken to NOODS biscuits from Tescos and of course love the dreamies ,its the wet food im having a problem replacing.

YOUR CAT WILL SUFFER OR DIE WITH AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS CAT FOOD.

My fluffy playful cat became severely ill and nothing could be identified by the vets. He refused to eat and when he did he would vomit. He became lethargic and weak over a period of 4 weeks despite every effort to feed him, the damage had been done. He eventually went into toxic shock and had to be euthanised.

I now have 2 more cats, one of which is a 4 month old kitten. Recently they too have started to vomit and become withdrawn and lethargic. The common ground here is that I fed all three of them on Purina As Good As it Looks. Now, they would rather starve than go near it. I have wasted so much cat food by throwing it out. The two current cats developed bald patches and their coat has became coarse. This was very noticeable as they are both a Persian breed.

I previously contacted Purina UK to ask if any changes had been made to the ingredients. They said nothing had changed and could not give me an explanation. They offered me vouchers for £25. I asked about the origin of the food and they said that their UK manufacturing facility could not cope with demand so a lot of the food is manufactured and imported from various places overseas.

I took a trip to various supermarkets to check out the barcode on boxes of Purina cat food to establish their origin. I could not find a single one that originated from a UK facility. UK barcodes start with a 50 number. The majority of boxes were imported with a barcode of 7613036016841. However, a bar code on it’s own does not identify where the food was actually manufactured. Only where it was shipped to the UK from. The food could be manufactured anywhere in the world and shipped to another location for packaging.

Given that other countries do not have as rigorous an approach to food testing and hygiene compared to UK standards, there could be anything put in this food to bulk it out and thus increase profits for Purina.

Unless the foods Standard Agency are involved nothing will change other than for consumers to Stop Buying this KILLER food for their pets.
The fact that Purina remains silent in response to hundreds of adverse and negative feedback, speaks volumes.

I will be sending a copy of my complaint to the FSA for their response and hopefully they will investigate and put a stop to consumers being hoodwinked and pets dying. In the meantime, cat food has gone up by over 30% since covid.

Purina must be rubbing their hands in glee at how gullible consumers are.

The cat accepted Purina Felix food with pleasure and asked for it. But over time, I began to notice that after consuming this food, the cat began to have vomiting, wounds, apparently itching and partial hair loss. When changing the food, the symptoms disappeared, and when returning to Felix, the negative symptoms resumed. I will never buy Purina products again.

Why have they stopped selling the winalot hearty duos. My dog would only eat the duck flavour and now you cannot get them anywhere.

All of our cats have suddenly gone off of Felix As Good as it Looks and Doubly Delicious wet food over the last month or so, they eat the fat but leave the all the meat, very unlike them.
Something going on ?

I have fed our two adopted cats with purina bifensis dry cat food ( urinary health variety ) since January. Their cat trackers confirm they are very active, and their coats are shiny and silky. They also smell really fresh, like washing dried outdoors. When we adopted them they had been eating a specialised vet-prescribed Royal Canin food that cost me £69 for a 3kg bag for ‘behavioural problems’ reported by previous owners, which made them vomit most days. Changed to purina - no vomiting - no behavioural problems - and £££s cheaper.

go with untamed or any other brand that doesn't use grains. These types of food including wiskers, felix etc are all slowly killing your cat! They deserve good food not ground up beaks, feet, grains and suger with a multivitamin blended in.

I haven’t used purina since I found a blown package of cat food. I was offered £2 if I sent my bank accounts to them I thought this was a joke.
