Visited the Dunstable dealership with no appointment and was immediately greeted by Faris. He sat us down and asked what we were looking for. He let us take our time sitting in the cars and did not try to hard sell. The car was in very good condition and Faris gave us all of the information we needed. The price was fair and we purchased. He arranged for the car to be washed and valeted for our pick up. A great purchasing experience all round.

To be annoying, car delivery driver left his rubbish on our driveway, would have been happy to put in the bin if he had asked.

Got a 330e from dunstable branch
1.All tyres are not even for Hybrid car...
The tyre light came on in the car, to knowledge i thought maybe the air was low. Then it came to.light from quick fot that.....
My car being a hybrid is heavier than most the tyres for hybrid are only certain brands and tyres. It shows the attention to detail that Quality part ex (Luton Dunstable) do not have in selling their cars to ZUTU customers . I will inform Trading standards.

7 Years old. All weather tyre not even a Hybird tyre.

2.WHo is the ADR for quality part ex - of there's a grievance who do quality part ex use as the ADR service provider ?

3. Please see attached a full quotation to change the tyres to suitable Hybrid tyres for the 330e Hybrid car.

4.Zutu should be advised and take heed in allowing you to receive customers . You are danger and blatantly have no care or attention to detail in selling cars in the public.
