I would like to say a big thank you to Kyle Twell, for his professional installation. He was helpful answering all my questions while working away and making sure I was a satisfied customer. I would recommend Quickline 5 starz!!!

I had not heard of this company until 6 months ago. Today they have completed the installation of broadband which is 20 times faster than previously available in this rural area, and half the previous monthly cost. Their representatives have all been professional, polite and very helpful. In addition the installation engineer (Kyle) has been tidy and efficient, a credit to the company. The product works perfectly. I highly recommend Quickline if they come to your area.

My experience today was amazing, very good service from Dan Davis, very professional. Dan explained absolutely everything and demonstrated a step by step with all the equipment and talked me through the whole internet process. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, thank you Dan, we now have an awesome internet speeds throughout our home. I recommend Quickline to anyone they are amazing 🤩

Our installation was done by Louise B. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and listened to where we wanted the installation to be placed. She happily obliged and was quick and tidy. We already have a much stronger signal so are very happy. Would recommend.

As the home manager of a residential care home for Thomas Turnbull to spend his time volunteering with us helping set up for our annual summer fair Which benefits and enriches not only our residents but our community. Was sold the world by the sales rep and guarantees of better performing Internet for our family.

My wife and I work from home majority of the time and use the Internet constantly. We have both experienced issues since moving to quickline.

Had issues with dropped or interrupted connections. Tried calling the technical team 6 times across multiple days with a total of over an hour on hold and have yet to speak with an agent. Not great at all.

Excellent installation service from Callum, the Quickline engineer. Great service from the whole of the team and good communication throughout the procurement process to the final installation.

Really responsive and efficient service from booking to installation and customer service. Installation engineer quick and efficient and left everything very tidy and working.
