I ordered a very simple order for local pickup, got confirmation, traveled an hour to pick it up, followed the instructions and texted my info. Waited. Waited. After a while I saw a guy sprawled on a picnic table outside their office, so I asked about it. He said it’s in a box and we can’t get it until next week… in a different city. So they have time to lay around on tables, but not to get one object out of a box to fulfill their obligation. I don’t recommend these lazy clowns to anyone. I wouldn’t trust the sloppy people I saw slouching around there to assemble a toilet paper holder, let alone a drone.

STAY AWAY FROM RACE DAY QUADS, Absolutely trash company with trash customer service, I ordered a drone from their sister company GETFPV but I ordered one thing in my cart on accident, emailed them and asked them to remove the one item but not to cancel the order and they emailed me back that they canceled it. So I reordered but since my first order was cancelled it kept flagging it as a scam no matter what card I used or anything (despite customer service saying that they were having problems and to just use a different card) eventually they just told me to order from Race Day Quads as they were pretty much the same company with two different websites but the same inventory. I ordered my drone from RDQ but one day shipping was 180 dollars vs GETFPV for 60 bucks, even though they ship from the same place. So I went with priority mail (1-3 days) well its been two weeks almost, my package hasn't been scanned for 6 days, and the last scan was 50 minutes away from where the package started. I've reached out to RDQ for DAYS but the manager Harold told me the orders getting canceled were my fault basically and that I was just being inpatient, when I explained how long I had been waiting and how it seems like USPS has lost my package and his only response was to just wait longer. I've had to do all the reaching out to USPS and they have told me they are not sure where my package is directly to me on the phone. I offered to pay return shipping for the original drone if it ever showed up if Harold just sent me a replacement but he said no and to just keep waiting and in a few more days he will "step in" whatever that means. Probably a whole lot more of nothing. This company is lazy, they don't care about you they just care about your money.

Would not recommend for UK customers. They use an extremely slow shipping service that isn’t even cheap. I’ve been waiting 14 days and my package is still in the USA. Most other US FPV stores deliver to the UK within 8–10 days. At this rate, it feels like it’s coming by horse and carriage.

Terrible and super lazy customer service. I gave a two day notice to cancel my order but they couldn't because it was "buried" under other orders. Don't order from these guys, way better options elsewhere.

First interaction and response from the company was cold and had very little customer service but that's no big deal. The bad ports and pads on the drone's flight controller though... that was a pain to deal with. No response from them after email. Just avoid these people (if you could consider them people). They clearly don't care about their customers or product.

I'm actually surprised about how low their rating is on here. I've been shopping here literally since they started and I've always got great products and fantastic customer service if anything ever went wrong. Their branded products are also pretty decent. Been using the race day quads fpv backpack for years now and I love it. I would definitely recommend

Ordered the JB sub 250 kit, unfortunately one of the motors was faulty. Giving 5 stars as the response was fast and they sent out a new motor immediately, fast delivery to the UK.

Giving 5 stars cause the owner. He is of the upmost character and the reason it's not lower. Had an issue in the past and the support staff was rude and unhelpful. Tyler stepped in and cleared it all up. He is an f-15 pilot and his character really showed. Great guy and good company. Have continued to use since.

Bought some plug and play wires, and paid $25 for shipping on a $6 item. Anyways, 3 days passed by, and it still wasn’t shipped. Messaged them asking, what’s the hold up? And they said they shipped it. So I decided to wait again, another 8 days passed (11 days total now), and tracking is still saying “we don’t have the package yet, Your estimated delivery date will be updated once we receive it!”.

So I messaged them yet again, and then they said “we shipped some out today, and yesterday! Should be there soon”….mind you I made the purchase nearly 2 weeks prior, and they’ve already told me it was shipped 8 days prior to that.

Long story short, never got the $6 wire $25 shipping item. So I most definitely dont recommend them.

P.S it’s been a few months, and I never got my refund either

Stay away. They do not honor their own return policies on their website. I ordered a brand new TX16S radio master remote, which immediately smoked upon turning it on for the first time about one hour after delivery. I emailed Racedayquads immediately after to let them know to set up an RMA so I could get a new radio that was not defective literally upon turning it on. I was met with nothing but excuses that radio master has a separate support process; this is not anywhere on the website. In fact, the website says the exact opposite; all defective products Will be sent a replacement free of charge. Instead, I was told I have to contact the manufacturer. Wait for a response then send my brand new broken radio to somewhere in the US and wait for them to repair it. I wouldn’t accept a TV from Best Buy that wouldn’t turn on upon delivery. Why is this company trying to force me to accept the broken radio that never even worked? Shame on you.

Ordered paid for a item in stock said would ship next day, never did, cancelled order, tried again, and still it wouldn't ship same or next day, then waited 2 days on another order, still wouldn't ship, email 3x, no answer back, got refund went elsewhere. They have went down hill since they were bought out, so this is not the old trust worthy RDQ we all came to love and use, new owners has ran it into the ground, steer away from.

Ordered quite a few items from them for hundreds of dollars of business and want to support US resellers, but as soon as I got one thing that was DOA, they would NOT process a return/replacement and required me to wait 4 weeks for replacement part to be shipped from China MFG and required I solder 20 tiny wires and debug it. If I wanted this level of standing behind product I would have just ordered from AliExpress. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

Shameless company. I order a product of $600 and never heard anything for a month. A full month later they claimed that they "could not get a hold" of me to "confirm" the order and that the order will be "shipped today", yet no shipping information was provided. A week later, they were still "confirming" my order and still could not "get a hold" of me. DISHONEST business

Bought 90% of my stuff for a 7" long range from them. Built it, wired it. Defective ESC. No biggie. Replaced with another ESC, working. Tried to return ESC, was told they'd like a video. So, I'm supposed to disassemble everything that's working, resolder everything, then make my video, send it to them, remove bad compenents, reinstall good components. 2 hours of my time is NOT worth dealing with these guys. I just threw the ESC in the trash. ADIOS RDQ - heard good things about you, and keep your battery straps - they're trash as well.

If I could give a No STAR that is what I would do! This is a for sure "JERK OFF" company. And a company it is not. I purchased a SKYRC GNSS Performance Analyzer through them. When it arrived, it didn't work. I have been trying to get this resolved for over a week and one half. Finally, they are sending me a return shipping label for the item. This is something that I needed two weeks ago. They have kept dragging their feet about getting me a new one. Plus, they do not give refunds only store credit which is BS! Like I want to do business with them again! Be advised. GO TO A DIFFERENT VENDOR to get what you want.

I ordered a receiver that later didn't need nor open. Let me be clear, I did not open any package nor use it. I went through the return process paid for the shipping to ship it back. Come to find out by the time it got there, some how the package was opened and they denied my return. So instead of them working with you and trying to figure out something else like a normal business, no that would be to easy. After telling me that the item was opened the package will not get credit (they don't offer any refunds) that I would have to pay for the shipping back to the house. So I'm out money on the item and out money on shipping cost.
Don't do business with this company go somewhere else and save money.

I ordered a whoop, mobula 6. It flies but camera is black. They wanted video. Very hard to do but I provided clear video and they agreed it showed a dead camera. They just keep wanting more pics and video wasting my time, probably on purpose so I'd give up. Worst experience in fov I've had and I don't need RDQ who willingly wastes my time and money

I bought a brand new flight controller from them and instead received what seemed to be a used flight controller. It didnt bother me but after trying to solder the battery wires I noticed the + solder pad was bad and after reaching out to them they say i need to speak with the manufacturer about it even though I didn’t purchase from the manufacturer and the supplier is supposed to deal with it STAY AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS

Excellent customer service, best in the biz. Buying FPV gear, occasionally you get bad stuff. For me it was faulty ELRS receivers. RDQ took them back at their own cost, even offered to help set them up over a call. I try to order from RDQ always, they have always been super responsive and helpful.

Bought a pair of DJI V2 goggles. The goggles are resetting or rebooting during mid flight randomly. Needless to say at 60mph heading toward a rock out cropping, blackout, didn't turn out well. I have been asking race day quads for some help. Blackhole, they are great at ignoring there customers. I just wanted to know if DJI had a fix? They sent me to DJI, another black hole. Im out a grand and will toss the goggles.
