RAC Tyres Reviews

Were able to supply tyre make/ size which other suppliers couldn't. RAC tyre prices are always very competitive.

Ordered 2x Hankook 225/55R18 Ventus Prime4 tyres.
Costs were competitive to other online & tyre shops .
Ability to choose local tyre fitter , and scheduled day / time was a big plus !
Simple & effective. Will use again !

I'd never ordered through RAC tyres before but I saw them on a Google search and thought - why not?

I actually messed up my order by selecting the wrong tyres but managed to call and get through quickly to get the order cancelled and new ones sorted.

Tyre prices were very good and you can select the company you want to fit your tyres.

I will definitely use them again order my next set of tyres!

Straight forward hassle free and good price for the tyre

professional, knowledgeable hassle free & trustworthy

Booked through RAC for mobile fitting, The day prior to the fitting I got a call saying that it can be fitted only instore (20 minute drive away).
Can't fault the fitters as very smooth experience- apparently they have already informed rac that this size of tyre cannot be done via mobile fitting; 2 stars down for misleading information on rac when booking as I could have got it done elsewhere much closer to my home; 1 star back up for overall price and prompt refund of mobile fitting charge, hence 4 stars overall for the slight hassle

Easy to find the tyres I wanted and select garage to fit them.

Easy to use website with huge range of tyres to suit all requirements and budgets.

My tire went flat and I urgently needed a new one, and I managed to get an appointment for the same day.

Great price and experience

Everything was easy and straightforward. I have loved RAC Tyres from the first till the last moment. Very pleasant experience.

Efficient, friendly and quick. Went extra mile by checking brakes too.

Experienced a small blow out reported to the RAC had to leave my car in a lay-by overnight
Manchester tyres were contacted rang to arrange a time to meet at the car fitted a new tyre in minutes polite and profession and very helpful
Got their number to ring them direct in future

I needed difficult-to-find tyres for my 2006 BMW Z4.
RAC Tyres were the only distributor with a stock extensive enough to include the specific brand and size that I was seeking. Very competitive price, easy convenient online-ordering, and very prompt delivery to my chosen local fitter. Highly recommended.

Hit a kerb in a multi storey, tyre burst, being in a multi storey and being charged by the minute decided to put spare on and take it to Halfords in the same area, try to claim but been told I should have called breakdown first, being in multi storey how long before breakdown came to assist 1,2,3,4,hours ? also breakdown vehicle wouldn’t have gained access due to height restrictions, I wouldn’t recommend taking this cover and when I’m due for renewal I will not be using RAC, they should take exception on some circumstances regarding multi storey car parks etc

I purchased two Bridgestone tyres after seeing on the website that an order of two or more would qualify for a £50 Amazon voucher. The code could not be stacked with other discounts.
However, I did not receive the voucher after my purchase. After contacting customer service, I was told that I am only eligible for a £10 voucher. I have been told this £10 voucher will be issued within 30 days.

Disappointed
