When enquiring about a safari holiday for 2027, we have found Craig to be knowledgable, helpful and efficient.

Craig Kaufman, from Rainbow Tours, created an amazing itinerary for Kenya for my wife & I. We couldn't fault anything about the holiday, there were no hiccups & all the hotels, trips, camps & local guides were excellent. A brilliant holiday!

Craig and the ground staff (Nkuringo Safaris) in Uganda organised the most amazing trip, made extra special by our excellent Ugandan guide, Remmy, who happened to be our driver as well.
Our aim was to see gorillas and chimpanzees but Craig gave us the opportunity to see so much more.
We had the insurance of having 2 gorilla treks and 2 chimpanzee treks. We were very fortunate in having good weather and great sightings on all our treks, plus it was an added experience trekking in different terrains. On our first gorilla trek in Rushaga there was a face off between two gorilla families. On our second in Nkuringo, a relaxing silver back suddenly got up and brushed past us.
We added an extra day to the tour - from a dug-out canoe in the Mbamba Wetlands of Entebbe we spotted the bizarre shoebill stork and later, hidden in the marshes, a fluffy baby shoebill.
Safari drives in Murchison Falls National Park, guided by Remmy, were beyond expectations. Lions stalking and chasing their prey, leopard dragging its kill up a tree, and, during a night drive, our very first sighting of a serval.
Our final adventure was trekking Golden Monkeys in Mgahinga Gorilla NP - a family of over 100 handsome monkeys, with no fear of humans, through a bamboo forest.
This was a once in a lifetime trip. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig. He even phoned the day before we flew to Entebbe to wish us a great trip.

After an incredible 10 day trip to view gorillas and chimpanzees in Uganda, I can say for certain I would book with Rainbow Tours again. Craig, who organised our trip, could not have been more helpful. Everything was seamless, from start to finish. I found Craig's response times to be especially impressive. Craig from Rainbow Tours organised a fantastic trip for us to Uganda very last minute (including after other agents suggested we would be unable to go) to see gorillas and chimps. He did a great job drawing up an itinerary that matched our interests and budget, and made sense logistically. He paired us with an excellent guide, had top notch attention to detail and was always on hand to answer any questions.

Just back from a fantastic holiday in Ecuador and Galapagos. As someone who usually opts for the safety of a group escorted tour rather than tailor made, I was a little apprehensive about how everything would pan out in practice, but needn’t have been. Everything ran like clockwork. The transfers were smooth, the accommodation wonderful and hospitable throughout and the local rep couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a wonderful holiday- everything I’d hoped for and more. The booking process was simple, and Sarah, the representative put together a perfect package for us. Would definitely use Rainbow again.

Sarah answered every one of our questions in great detail, ensuring we had no concerns about anything. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and after a number of phone conversations Sarah created an exceptional itinerary for us in southern Brazil including the Pantanal wetlands that went over and above our expectations.

Another great trip organised by Rainbow Tours. We wanted to add a safari onto a visit to see friends in Kenya. Kirsty knew of a wonderful luxury small tented camp that was exactly what we wanted. Service and animal sightings were amazing. The website of the safari company was very simple so we would not have found this place by asking AI or trawling the internet. Makes a real difference to your trip being able to speak to Rainbow Tours agents for advice based on their own experience.

Great experience. We went to Madagascar and Mauritius. Everything was well organised and smooth. The girls were really good with communication about any details we needed.

When researching our trip we were really well supported in our decision making-Craig really took the time to listen to what we wanted. The online system after booking was useful to make sure we had everything that we needed.

The ground agent in Kenya was brilliant and they were always there ready for us, ensuring that we safely boarded our flights and were where we needed to be. They went out of their way to help us in anyway they could.

Little Naibor and Eagle View provided the perfect balance: accommodation, game drives and food were wonderful at both, yet they each provided a slightly different safari experience.

Our children 8 and 11 had the best time too. Thank you. We would definitely recommend Rainbow Tours.

We enjoyed a fabulous, luxurious, and well orchestrated safari and then beach holiday in S. Africa and Mozambique with the help of Rainbow Tours. Our travel specialist Louise was helpful and responsive, offering great ideas along the way. Local partners were lovely people and always perfectly on time such that all transfers and logistics ran as smoothly as possible. Rainbow Tours selected excellent accommodations for us, and we had a fabulous time all around with the right combination of comfort, service, freedom, and adventure. We have just returned from our amazing Kenyan safari adventure and we can’t thank Craig at Rainbow Tours enough. He was informative, helpful and patient with all of our questions.

We started planning a year ago and decided upon time in Nairobi, Ambosili, Sanburu and Mara. We were looking for a variety of experiences, camps and landscapes. And that is exactly what we got. It was an experience not a holiday!

Everything was perfect and seamless. From booking to travelling. The accommodation we selected was fantastic, the staff we met were super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.

The guides were knowledgeable and we were treated to the most wonderful animal encounters.
