A big thank you to Chris Drury at Rangecookers for all the help and advice he gave us with our recent purchase of our Belling range cooker, the customer service provided was excellent....

I've spoken to the team at Rangecookers 3 times over the last few weeks & each person has been superb. The last person I spoke to was Mike who educated me on all things to do with rangemaster cookers & hoods. He was personable & dealt with all the questions I threw at him efficiently & professionally. I'll be placing an order in the next week based on the great customer service!

We purchased a Ex Display Bertazzoni Range cooker at a Excellent price,I phoned twice and the receptionists were very knowledgeable and attentive ,I explained we were situated on the South coast and we would have to arrange a courier, I asked if they would be kind enough to package and supply a pallet ,nothing was to much trouble ,When we received the Range cooker it was as described and really well packaged ,I would highly recommend this company and purchase with confidence .

I ordered and paid for a range cooker in November due to the long delivery waits. Rangecookers had very competitive prices and available stock. Delivery was offered for December but due to not needing it until April and storage being limited Rangemaster kindly offered to delay delivery until April and assured me it would be kept safe for me.
A week before delivery I received an email from Rangemaster to say it would be delayed until the end of May due to manufacturing. This was very bad news for me as it would delay a kitchen and work surface being fitted. Not only for me being without a cooker for so long to but I was also not sure whether I could rearrange fitting which has been planned for months.
I immediately contacted Rangecookers and Charise has been absolutely wonderful and has liaised with Rangemaster to help me. Both companies have worked together on my problem, listened carefully to my concerns and respected my opinions. I am absolutely delighted that in two working days the problem has been solved and my range is being delivered on my requested date.

Needing a new range cooker I did my research and decided on a Bertazzoni Master 90 single oven range.
I looked at companies who could supply this model including the well known large retailers as well as independents. Having spoken to a few to gain an understanding of their service, price and availability I decided to go with Rangecookers.co.uk.
I spoke to Chariss and Mike on two separate occasions and both were knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. I was assured the range I wanted was in stock so delivery would be prompt and that Bertazzoni UK would be in touch very soon to arrange convenient delivery. Delighted so far 😁

Beställde en LOFRA-spis som hade ett skönhetsfel. Bad dem byta beslag från krom till mässing vilket gjordes. Vid leverans fick jag för långa belag på spis och loggan längst ner saknades. Allt har skickats till mig med expressleverans så det gått att åtgärda. Kundtjänsten är den bästa jag varit med om, snabba, tillmötesgående och trevliga.
Tråkigt att det blev lite strul i början, men företaget har hanterat det galant. Rekommenderar!

Smooth transaction, competitive price, free delivery plus a 5 year warranty thrown in - what's not to like?

This has to be the worse retailer I have had the pleasure of buying from, my order which I paid in full for, was for a range cooker, hood and splash back
The order was back in April 2021 and delivery was in October 2021
The retailer made no contact with me through out the process and was unwilling to help me when I had problems with the following
1, The warranty which started in June 2021 , when I did not even have the cooker
2 The cooker when it did arrive had a fault , and the retailer did not make an attempt to sort it out for me , I called rangemaster and they managed to arrange an engineer , and even gave me a goodwill payment
3, the splash back , which was recommended by this retailer , did not fit correctly, the retailer made it impossible for me to return the item , and in fact after dozens of e mails and phone calls , it was rangemaster who have agreed to refund me

It seems that once they have your money , this company will not have anything else to do with you, if you want to save yourselves time and stress , please buy the product from somewhere else

Thank you for your comments, this is the first time anyone has got back to me ,I disagree with your comments on actually taking the time to respond to my concerns

The splash back is actually a universal make and sits 67 cm from the cooker to the hood , and as a result when cooking you would hit your head on the hood ,not ideal , and I am only 5 ft 4 !
Is it not the responsibility of the retailer to refund on items that are not used and unwanted, you have made it so difficult to return this , that I had to get rangemaster involved,

With regards to the varies delivery dates I’ve had for the cooker , I merely asked Chris to confirm that the cooker would be coming on the 22 September 2021 , he told me if that’s what the text said then that’s what will happen, He then actually phoned me and left me a message telling me it was the 20th September 2021 , the message is still on my phone
I had taken this day off and received a text message that evening saying that delivery would actually be October , that tells me that Chris had not actually called anyone to find out if delivery would be in September , he actually just picked out a random date , what you don’t understand is that people work and it clearly states on the delivery that if you are not in to receive the product, further delays are possible, as the item would go back to the warehouse

An update to my review , it is now the 6th November 2021 , the splash back has yet to be picked up and I am still waiting on a refund , absolutely unacceptable, this retailer is the worst I have dealt with, ever !

Only fault have with my cooker is lighing of any of it you have to hold down ignition for least 30 seconds had engineer out to it from range master for him yo tell.me dont no how light oven 18months on still same but now taken longer light carnt even light top oven with ignition, ive always had cheap appliances very rare fail me lesson learnt!!

Falcon delux. After owning a Falcon for over 20 years and after lots of assessing other cookers we decided to buy another Falcon. The new cooker is an Outstanding product, even better than our original. We had now for about 6 months and it doesn’t fail to impress. We made a huge mistake in originally ordering it through AO.com. After three failed promised dates we cancelled our order and re-ordered through rangecookers.co.uk. Anna was fantastic and the cooker arrived on the date originally committed to by them and fitted by hugely professional staff from Rangemaster. Rangecookers.co.uk are simply the only company I would use again to order a Falcon.

I have not received the cooker yet - it was ordered and paid for in June but delivery date is not until December! I am annoyed at being asked twice to review this product. Rangecookers have a substantial sum of my money while I wait yet they can't be bothered to tailor their requests for a review until AFTER the product has been delivered...

Hopefully it will be worth the money and the 6 month wait.

delivery time off the scale and attitude was you will have it before christmas if you are lucky !
As it is delivery isn't until the New Year on an order placed 1st Really
If they are made in the UK expand , UK manufacturing needs to grow

Disappointed that we have to wait until February 2022 to receive our new Rangecooker, especially as our new kitchen is being fitted at the moment as won’t be properly finished until the cooker is installed.

We have ordered but weren't impressed as it said i think 2/3 months delivery but once paid it said we wont get it till january :(

Easy to order and no problems other than this but it is quite a big one, it should give an accurate delivery date before taking payment

I have always wanted a rand cooker and ordered one with a double oven.
From ordering to delivery only took a week.
The men who delivered the cooker was very polite.
The cooker looks really nice. I haven’t used it yet, but sure it won’t disappoint.

Ordering process fine but not particularly impressed that I have had to make full payment for an item that is not due to arrive until January 2022
