Not so Rapid Paints
Ordered Paint with Next day delivery. 2 days later I contact the company and this is the response "Our courier has advised that your parcel was returned to their depot as it is bigger than expected. They will repack the items and will be delivered asap" "I sincerely ask apologies for the delays but this is out of our control and we aren't aware that our courier has updated restrictions on the size of the parcel".

Unfortunately our courier did not notify us of new parcel size restrictions and this was the first parcel sent out over the new size restriction. As advised your parcel was repacked at the distribution centre and posted back out to you. If you paid for next day delivery please contact our customer services team who will be happy to refund this for you.
2K paint and activator
Purchased 2K paint and activator for my car (code 300 BMW Alpine White).
Rapid Paints are the first company to get the colour and shade correct. Definitely will purchase again.

Has been delivered to wrong place with no photo to help find it. All they respond is “open a PayPal case and we will respond” but I didn’t pay with PayPal! Such an unprofessional company! Absolutely terrible service! I want my money refunded!

Right colour provided quickly.
Rapid paints provided me with the correct colour spray cans for an obsolete Vauxhall colour (Spectral Blue). The customer service team advised me how to order a 'custom colour' using the code via their web site. I had provided the colour code to another provider previously, but this resulted in the wrong colour being provided. I asked Rapid Paints for spay cans with the same code and they got it spot on. They also sent the paint very quickly, allowing me to continue my restoration job.
I have used Rapid Paints previously, to provide a current Citroen colour. That was also spot on, so I will not waste time and money going elsewhere in future.

No communication and didn’t send product
Ordered paint payed extra for next day delivery didn’t turn up even on evri it said they are still waiting on the parcel so the never shipped it messaged them on there website live chat spoke to someone said she will look into it and she will get back to me shortly waited 30 minutes nothing so I emailed them and explained what happened again no response 5 hours later nothing no response so I bought from somewhere else messaged them for a refund again no response had to go through PayPal to get my money back AVOID THIS COMPANY

Your order was collected from our warehouse and scanned into the collection van on the 23rd of April at 13:03 however Evri did not deliver until the 8th of May at 12:35. This is a very rare occurrence of a parcel being delivered late, 97% of our orders are delivered on-time. My expectation is that this parcel was lost and then found. Paint matched no car that I own!
Delivery great paint however was terrible match. What annoys me even more is when I bought a can earlier in the year it matched perfectly!
Costly to rectify and now got to start over again. Would never use these guys again

Should have read the reviews, completely different colour. I don’t understand how you can get it so wrong when you have the paint code and this is what you do. Very annoying.

Excellent service
Ordered paint after cut off for next day delivery on a Friday. Evri delivered the parcel at 10am the next day. Colour match was perfect. Whole experience was excellent

It's a game of two halves!
Ordered thinking if I was doing the right thing for that money. Went for express delivery. After a week the delivery partner delivered to the wrong side of town. In all credit within three days of this I had a fresh set of paints. They have been waiting on the side for free time to come up again and here we are. Very good quality, excellent match and to such a standard that a neighbour has asked me to do there's, even with no previous experience! If there are any of you going to try a silver Peugeot 206 bonnet I needed a little under three cans each of primer, paint and sealant.

After 3 weeks of trying to get rapid ripoff paints to come to some agreement they have finally came back with their solution , there are 2 different shades of paint under the same colour code they sent me the wrong color and that's my fault I should have read the terms and conditions on their website before purchasing.
DO NOT USE RAPID PAINTS , THEY CLEARLY HAVENT ANY SCRUPLES WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING YOUR MONEY

We are sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with us. Some red colours can be effected by sunlight fading. This colour Peugeot KJF Ardent Red is prone to fading thus why more than one shade is available, as per the product description we supply the standard shade.
Awful customer service...
They ask you to pay extra for an "express next day" delivery service... and then 5, days later, when is delivered, they mock you replying to your email enquiry... "As I checked with the tracking no. this has been delivered to you"...

Very poor colour matching
I’m giving one star for the rapid delivery.
Four stars deducted for the quality of the paint matching. The Honda White Orchid Code NH788P had a strong blue tint to the base coat. The top coat was clear and had no affect. As a result, the car looks terrible.
Reached out for help via email and response came a few days later asking for photos.
