Rascal Babies Reviews

I got my first pram/travel system from Rascal babies and it has been great so I also went to them for the double buggy. The pram itself is brilliant and looks almost brand new. It also came with a car seat which I wasn't expecting. It also came with all the instructions which was helpful. DPD didn't send a lot of info regarding the shipping and I was expecting it a week later than it arrived so luckily my neighbour brought it round for me. I would really recommend Rascal babies I've had 2 brilliant prams from them and it saves a lot of £, especially if you're not quite sure what you want and get a bit overwhelmed looking for prams

Perfect condition
Delivered early

Such a great idea to refurbish baby equipment. Becky was really helpful with a query during the ordering process and the pram arrived looking really clean and in excellent condition.

Product arrived broken, very dirty and smelling like good off milk, contacted the company, they were of no help at all, basically denying the state of it!! Told them I shouldn’t be paying for the return of it as not fit for purpose, especially as it cost £10 for delivery, a week later still no reply from them. Would never use this company again, their customer service is soooo bad, they just don’t care to be honest

Absolutely amazing car seat in fantastic condition

I organised a courier collection for our baby pram and bassinet to enable Rascal babies to donate it to someone who needs it- the process was really speedy and efficient! Thanks

Poor packaging, items damaged, didn’t take responsibility.

Very happy with the items, they all came in almost new condition, spotless and perfectly working. It took a little bit more time than expected to be delivered due to the Easter bank holidays, but nothing dramatic and totally worth the wait.

We bought 3 in 1 travel system for baby , It's very neat and good quality with budget price.

Ordered 3 in 1 travel system. Items arrived well packed and excellent condition. Will definitely buy from here again

The pram/buggy was in excellent condition, and we were very impressed. What would have been helpful to us as grandparents basic instructions as to how to put it together! The hood is still not right but I’m sure we will get there. Thank you

Great idea to recycle used baby items for charity. I donated a buggy with bassinet. Easy to arrange collection for mutual agreed time.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rascal Babies.
I ordered an item and later returned it by post, following the company’s return instructions. Unfortunately, the parcel was lost during transit. However, instead of resolving the issue with the courier, the company held me responsible and required me to pay for the lost item.
As a customer, I found this very unfair, as the loss happened after I had already sent the return. The situation was handled in a way that made me feel unsupported and frustrated.
Overall, this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend buying from this website.

Absolutely delighted with our purchase from Rascal Babies, our icandy system arrived and it exceeded all expectations. Looked practically brand new, smelt so fresh. We are so happy. There was a slight delay with the order it took 15 days but this was communicated clearly by Becky as she didn’t want to send it with an issue. She ordered us new wheels and that took a couple extra days which was not in her control. She always got back to my messages on WhatsApp.
Please keep supporting this fantastic store and keep posting reviews of your good experiences. Don’t let a few negative ones put you off. Highly recommended. Thank you Becky!

This is the third time I’ve bought something from Rascal Babies and once again I’m delighted with my purchase and pleased it also supports a charity.

Excellent service, for a great cause.
Highly recommend using this service.

I have brought three pushchairs and each one has been of very good condition.

2nd time I’ve donated to rascal babies and it’s always a pleasure, fast response at replies, and collection isn’t a long wait neither

Purchased a refurbished car seat and isofix base after a recommendation from a family member who purchased a pram and car seat from them a few months ago. Reasonable price, I love that part of profits will benefit a charity. delivery was quick and efficient via DPD (I'm lucky that my local driver is extremely helpful). I will definitely use Rascal Babies again!

I wanted to donate good quality nursery equipment I had used for my grandchildren. Rascal babies were very efficient at arranging collection from my home. A very swift and easy process.
I love that another family will get good quality equipment at reasonable prices and the proceeds will go to help a good charity.
