Raymour & Flanigan - North Haven Reviews 

Prior to delivery I was informed by Raymour and Flanigan via email and text. I was given the time frame to expect the product to be delivered. Prior to delivery I got a text in it o was able to track down to the last minute before the delivery was made. The persons who made the delivery was courteous and my furniture was delivered safely . Jennifer is fantastic. Just purchased a queen vibrating bed w/mattress. We love it so much we were able to purchase a king size exact bed over phone. Transaction was 10 min & we were offered delivery the next day. Jennifer is extremely well knowledgeable & adorable. We will be back for more furniture

Everything was amazing to ordering to delivery and setup was excellent and love how they show you much it will be before your delivery and where the truck. Great experience from the minute I entered the beautiful Waterbury Store I told the sales person who met us at the door exactly what I was doing there and what I wanted to see; she immediately took us around and showed us everything we wanted to see. Very helpful and quick to discount a set when I asked if we could just buy one piece. Made it worth our while to take whole set.

Eddie was extremely helpful. I came in looking for a sectional, which he showed me several and then I spotted the sofa and loveseat. Fell in love with it. He then showed me some hassocks which I also found matches the design on the fabric. He explained the platinum protection plan which at first I was not going to take but changed my mind when I realized the cost was not too much considering what my furniture was worth.
