He told me where to look for what I wanted, then left me alone to do my thing, he noticed when I was ready and came over to me and I got what I was looking for.

Camille Powell was my sales representative. She greeted me with a big smile, very professional, patient, and very helpful. I did not feel rushed, Camille stayed with me from the time I walked in until my purchase was done with, and walked me to the door. I felt that she cared about my needs. Yvette our sales person was very nice and helped pick out what we wanted.

Our consultant, Mali G., was very helpful and explained everything clearly. (And she was great with my daughter, which is a huge plus). We’re excited to receive our furniture on Saturday.

Huge selection of bedroom sets and found what we were looking for. Rachelle was great...let us take the time to look and decide on our own and once we did decide, she answered every question we had and took care of everything pretty quickly!

Joseph, my salesman, was very attentive and helpful. Very happy to have worked with him to find a great mattress.

You can see below that I was told to contact RF Care

Oddly, an hour after I contacted them my sales person called to tell me that my furniture might be delivered by the end of August....but she can't be sure.

RF Care then responded, by email, and said a manager would reach out in 48 hours or less to discuss my concerns.It has been 48 hours and no call.

I still have no furniture and no delivery date.

I understand that there are supply chain issues due to covid. BUT when I walked in the store I inquired about stock and delivery delays and was told that they had most items in stock and were delivering.

When I ordered I was told the items were in stock and provided a delivery date.

Poor poor poor service here. Had the expectation that I would have to wait been established when I ordered the furniture I would sit quietly and wait. But that was not what I was told and they are paid in full and don't seem to care.

on 7/19, I ordered and paid in full for my furniture and was provided with a delivery date of 8/2/2020.

The following week I was contacted and informed that the pieces I ordered were back ordered and would not be delivered on that date.

I have not yet been provided with an expected delivery date.

I understand that there are supply chain issues due to the current pandemic situation, but i should not have been told that the items were available and provided a delivery date if they were not actually in stock!

At this point I have no furniture or anticipated delivery date, But Raymour and Flanigan has my money.

This is not acceptable.

I needed to return a mattress as it was not comfortable for my son, after a few weeks, and I treated so respectfully; the manager, John, was very kind and patient as he helped me to choose another one. The paperwork to pick up the old and deliver the new was easy and seamless. Class act place with quality furniture!

Sucks! Bought mattress yesterday was told it we be delivered today. It’s 2pm and I am still waiting to get a phone call text or email with a delivery window for today. Texted the number given to get a status update . they provide me with a phone number that’s disconnects after I press 7 for delivery. Called the store I bought it from two hours ago and was told they would have someone call me ASAP. R&F Don’t promise what you can’t do and stop wasting my freaking time. So freaking annoying...

Our visit at raymour and flanigan started off pretty good we had a salesman then he got paged and said he'd be right back and never came back try to look for other salesman could not find any on the floor. When we finally found a salesman Omar he was able and willing to assist us at that time.

John Kearny was very helpful and pleasant

Ivette was very helpful and personable. We were very used to the customer service of Judy Carr which was impeccable but Ivette measured up!!! Thank you.
