So friendly and helpful. Fixed my sunglasses-no charge-and I didn’t even buy them there. Definitely worth checking out for eye tests etc.

I have diabetes and my eyes need to be checked every year. I had a good experience last year so I decided to go back in the Streatham Hill Branch. The eyes visit was very professional and I asked a lot of question. After, Salim was professional and my only missing point to the excellent result is because the prices are very high. I honestly cannot spend £340 every year for glasses. Next year I will change only the lenses. Other than this the service was great. Thank you all.

Crisis! Lost screw in prescription sunglasses potentially sentenced me to NOT watching the game at Twickenham I was in west London to see. Dived into Whitton branch and was rescued by Paul who repaired my glasses (at no charge) with a smile! If I lived near here they would be my go to optician!

Popped into the Whitton branch and was assisted by Paul, he couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable. Many thanks for such a prompt service.

I have been to the Wembley central branch to get my eye tested. The staff treat you like a guest and the service was excellent. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

REALEYES OPTICIANS AT WEMBLEY CENTRAL
Recently my daughter had to replace her glasses as they were out of order. One of her classmate referred her to Realeyes Opticians for the new pair of glasses. When we visited the place, we were at ease as their Manager CHAMIM and her other colleagues were very cordial and helpful in serving us.
We are happy with the service delivered much before the due date and recommend people to choose REALEYES OPTICIANS at Wembley for all their optical needs.

They were good until I was sold a product, but their after sales service is really bad. They fix one thing and break two more, they just don't seem to know the basics.

Salim and the team at REALEYES in Streatham were fantastic with me recently. My regular glasses were broken by a pupil at work and so I needed a new pair urgently. I went to REALEYES as I've used them a fair bit over the years. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and customer care actually seems to be a priority. When I leave, I feel as though I have been treated well and looked after (cool drinks on a hot day !). Salim is genuinely friendly and bent over backwards to get my new varifocals to me. As you might have guessed, I thoroughly recommend REALEYES in Streatham. I realise people have different experiences with their optician but Salim's enthusiasm and professionalism made the difference between enduring a visit to the optician and enjoying a visit to the optician. 10 out of 10 !!

Bought a sunglasses from that shop and I have to say ..customer service there is outstanding ! Especially Mr Seaford ( I might not remember right apologies ☺️) It was a spontaneous purchase and yet very memorable ! Outstanding 💁 I be back there soon for my case !

These glasses are just a replacement, but as a 13 yr old speaking, the workers had great costumer service, gave me a free hot chocolate and great eye advice

What can I say? I have been going to Realeyes in Streatham since they opened. They are simply the best. Janki Vadgama is one the kindest and caring opticians I have ever come across, I do hope Janki is not gone too long from Streatham, but I also know she is going to be the most wonderful Mama. And Salim? Salim is extraordinary, always goes the extra mile, always has a smile and a compliment, and makes you feel like you are the only customer in the world and are so important. The advice is honestly given and the kindness and patience shown is wonderful is this day and age of hurry hurry!! I am so pleased I found a place that still values humanity :)

This opticians is great and very professional. They welcome each individual as a special client. They go far and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The eye test was very thorough and well done. There is a wide section of branded glasses. Highly recommend.
