Just would like to leave a short review about all the staff at the Whitton branch. Each person was extremely helpful and accommodating and I can not praise them enough - very professional and friendly.

Brilliant customer service and support very nice staff make the effort to make you feel at ease lovely shop spotlessly clean and cool would highly recommend this company

I went in to your Whitton branch today, in a panic, as one of the temples on my glasses was loose. I was greeted from the onset with a smile and an engaging welcome by Kash (Staff). He looked at it and said that it could be done, but no guarantees.
He went the extra mile, whilst i waited in the reception listening to the calming music. He came back with it fixed, so you can imagine how delighted I was. We engaged in chit chat for a while, which was a pleasure. I am very grateful to him as i was very flustered earlier, but with his calmness and expertise, salvaged my day and faith in excellent Customer service, which I am afraid is lacking these days. Well done Kash and thanks again for your help.

I use the Whitton branch. The staff are professional and friendly. The eye tests i need are explained to me step by step and they have the latest state of the art equipment. Service is excellent. I would highly recommend.

The branch in Kew is the ultimate demonstration of customer service and helpfulness. Of course lots of great products and experience as well but I value helpfulness and customer service more than anything - I don’t write reviews hardly ever but in this case they truly deserve some acknowledgement

Although not a client i popped in as i needed a lost screw on my Tom Ford glasses, which they fixed free of charge, now that is how you get new clients.

Attended the Whitton branch where I purchased a new pair of varifocals. The person explained things thoroughly and was very patient. My wife is also very happy with her recent purchase of varifocals. Would thoroughly recommend Realeyes over others.

I went in your shop to ask for the price and options for lens before I commit to use your service. your staff Arsalan refused to provide me any information regarding. I am not satisfied with this type of mode of conducting business.

I have been going to Real Eyes Optician in Mitcham for years and to be very fair i will i will score them 4 over 10, firstly the customer service is so poor, once you come in you don't get good eye contact and it seems like you're bothering them
Secondly, i got my new glasses not even upto 10 months or so and I was NEVER TOLD THAT BECAUSE IT WAS HALF PRICE LENSES I WOULD NOT GET IT COVERED 😪😪😪😢😢 and fast forward to now I took my glasses to get fixed and the lady told me that she will or someone will call me when my glasses is fixed then suddenly I got a call today and I was told that it will cost me £150.00 to get it fixed and SO CALLED SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE GLASSES I WAS BUYING WASN'T INSURED 😪😪😪 AND I TOLD THE LADY THAT I WAS NEVER TOLD. SO WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO ANYONE. Also the last glasses i got before the recent one i was never happy with the fitting and anytime i took it back to be loosen or tighten i still struggled with it. And it was a PARADA BRAND.
And I always feel I was always put on the spot to get glasses that were more expensive. And all this has made me so anxious especially with my mental health and wellbeing. I FEEL SO CHEATED 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Thanks to Debbie and the team at the Streatham branch for sorting out my lenses. As a long-time customer, they were very accommodating in resolving an issue with my order. It's a great service as always. I would highly recommend.

Professional and well trained staff, never had any problems at all. The optometrist Fattima she is very polite and well experienced, she answers all of my questions, I highly recommend real eye opticians.
