I booked eye tests and bought two pair of glasses.
The customer service and customer care was excellent.
The lady Justyna, the lady who did the eye test, the male and female receptionists, all were extremely professional and helpful, especially Justyna.
Will definitely recommend.
Would buy another pair of glasses just to see them all, due to the welcoming atmosphere.

Very good and exceptional service from both kash and imrana

I found the service very professional, but without losing the human touch. I felt that they were there to help me and not try to force me to by a pair of spectacles. From the eye test through to the fitting of my glasses I at all times felt comfortable. I would recommend the Erdington branch to anybody.

I had my eyes tested at a local opticians but they did not have any glasses that I liked. I came across realeyes in Wembley and from the moment I walked into the store I new I had gone to the right place. There were so many option's to choose from. Not only that but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Justyna, was brilliant. She took the time out and explained in detail what my options were, and was very patient while I made my choices. She is professional and very friendly. You do not feel pressured as with some other opticians I have visited. The whole atmosphere in the shop is very relaxing and the staff make you feel welcomed.

From my eye exam to selecting my new glasses my experience was professional, and informative. Every aspect of my eye exam was explained. I was left with no question unanswered. They have a large selection of frames to choose from and Joanna helped me select a beautiful new frame. My frames came back sooner than expected. Joanna customer service is second to none. I highly recommend their services.
