Salim is a great optician shop manager at RealEyes Streatham. He really cares about his customers. Me and my family always go to his shop for many years now. As a highlight he helped me recently to get a replacement frame from Chopard while still under warranty. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend 100% to anyone looking for a great optician.

I recently picked up my new Dita glasses and I could not be happier with the service provided by Salim and his team. Top notch and extreme attention to detail, as always.
I have been a customer for more than 6 years and more to come, inshallah.

I went in today because I had some issues with some glasses obtained from another line of opticians. I love how the guys at Realeeyes gave such balanced feedback, so I could see that somethings I was not happy with were not that bad really as well as reassured me about one pair of sunglasses that got slightly damaged by the other opticians, that they will not likely break any further. Finally, they took the time to fit the newest pair of glasses I was wearing (again from the other high street chain) so that the binocular vision I was not experiencing is now happening. If I got my glasses from there in the first place, I would have paid more....but paying more for such great service is not off the cards for me next time! Recommended opticians in my book!

Superb personal service by Salim, who was patient and professional suggesting a number of different frames to find the perfect shape and size. Excellent- would definitely recommend.

Was looking for a new optican to help me with my dry eyes and reduced clarity if my vision. Cane across realeyes through reviews and was delighted to read through them. I called up to book in an appointment and spoke to mili, she asked me all clinical questions and my day to day life. Upon arrival I was greeting by Justyna, what a lovely lady, she took the time to complete the pre questionnaire and also had a nice chat. The doctor was also very clear with my dry eye treatment and updating my prescription bifocals with Uv protection. Both the ladies were a delight to speak to and will definitely come back for all future appointments. Will also be cominh bak for my inclusive professional servicing included for a whole hear. Give them a go to experience this service.

I went for a really detailed eye test at Real eyes in Mitcham South London.I have a particular problem so was concerned about a good quality check up.I ordered two lovely pairs of specs,perfect for my needs.The personal service was much better than I’d had at the huge optician.Really lovely staff.Fabulous service

Well over the phone Miss Milli Patel sounds nice and good. But actually, when you arrived at the eye clinic she tricks you. When my prescription arrived at hers. She told me to choose glasses, but she never took me to frames which are from NHS and free. So I choose Polo Frames and straight away she said 556£ I need to pay. I said why so much and she replied because you need to wear these glasses always. I paid with the card. I came home and the whole journey I was thinking about why she charged me so much. I called her within ten minutes and told her to cancel the glasses and I need a refund, she said let me see if I can cancel it and will call you. She called me after couple of hours and said she can't cancelled but I keep the frame and change the glasses. She can refund half but I need to come so I went with my kids. She explained what she said over phone she can't change. So I compromise saying at least I will get good frame. But I asked her that time why you didn't mention free glasses. She replied it won't look good. I came home. She called me after ten days and said the frame is not ready so she called after two weeks to collect my glasses and when I went to collect my glasses. After wearing the glasses I felt no chances with NHs free glasses. I felt cheated. Waste of money. I wish I can get my money back. Please don't go Wembley outlet realeyes.

I went to Realeyes to get prescription safety glasses for work. Booking an appointment was easy & straight forward. The staff are friendly & helpful. Darishan the optician carried out a full range of tests explaining the process as we went along, he was professional & personable making the whole process relaxed. Finding my prescription had changed quite a bit I asked Mili about getting a personal pair of glasses also, she was very personable & professional going through all the options available to meet my requirements, she helped me choose frames best suited to me. The whole process was explained from start to finish, and I was aware of everything so there were no surprises (for example the cost) at the end of it. The service given was first class, and communication was excellent throughout. I was very pleased with the end results for both pairs. Great place to deal with.

One of the worst service I ever had in my life I check my eyes in Wembley Central in may 13th still they can’t do my glasses and I am high diabetic. And I am struggling I spend lots of money in frames we pay money they should give good service. I am never going to check my eyes anymore. Even my friends are not going there who takes more then a month to do the glasses stupidly I hope the manager will talk to me regarding my situation???????

Without a doubt the best opticians I've used. Eye tests were really professional & on examining my existing glasses they showed me how badly my existing lenses had been fitted (By another optician) I ordered a new pair of glasses & also had my lenses replaced in my existing frames... the difference is remarkable. I have returned since & bought another pair of designers frames the choice here is great. Above all else the staff were friendly, very knowledgeable & totally professional. Highly recommend Five *****

Well managed and very professional staff specially Joanna from time of booking the appointment to the appointment day, service outstanding, offer tea and coffee and Joanna will have a chat with you about the service, what they do and what happens on the day of test, Joelene was friendly, helpful, great customer service and was great in choosing the Glasses, would recommend family and friends to visit them and from know on this is my opticians. I could give a 10/10 rating for the services they provide, the friendly staff and customer service were excellent. I feel like I have brand-new eyes. I've tried different opticians in the p[ast but it's only with realeyes that got my prescription so perfect. I will never go anywhere else from now. So grateful for what they do.

I unfortunately got a free eye test here and was heavily persuaded into buying one of their glasses straight after.

I collected them and they were just awful. Felt very cheap, tacky, extremely ill-fitted - were literally sliding/falling off my face with a bright blue hideous lense (I was told at the time of order this wouldn't be noticeable, but it very much is).

I spoke to them and they stated they 'don't do refunds at all because the glasses are bespoke and made to measure'. I'm not sure how they're made to measure as I've never tried on a new pair of glasses that felt so broken and loose...

So very unhappy I chose this opticians and seriously regret my choice. I would highly recommend boots opticians down the high street instead! Shame I've wasted a lot of money here for overpriced glasses (over £350 - logo of 'salt' is on the inside so not even visible) I will definitely not ever be wearing :(

*update* I had to go back and get them tightened three times to actually fit my head... non refundable as 'bespoke and made to measure'

Dodgy establishment. Takes a longtime before call answerd. Speaking on the phone and apparently realised call goes to an answering service, that has no clue about the establishment and furthermore lies in all the questions asked. So finally got my eye test done. Seemed thorough. Never got the eye scan done and then later told its 40 quid extra. Seriously?. Its 10 pounds for 3D scan elsewhere, and free for standard scan. Now comes the shock. Was quoted 575 pounds just for a pair of varifocal lenses....OMG, they're made of gold. Elsewhere, they average between 150 to 200 and even get the buy 1 get 2 frames offer. Anyways, lesson learnt.
