Extremely poor service and product from this company. If you have bad eyesight please do not trust them with your vision! They prescribed unsuitable glasses for me and refuswd to refund them until the frame broke, less than 18 months after purchase. Appalling and completely unnecessary for a product costing over £800!! 😡😡

Very nice service. A wonderful doctor who examined the eyes. Ms Joanna is a very helpful person who knows what she is doing. Great glasses. I recommend

Be careful and reconsider going to this practice. I went for an eye examination, after which they billed me 675£ for both test and frame. They will press you in other to rip you off. I called within 45 minutes to cancel my order and they said it was too late to cancel my order and offered to reduce the bill to 605£. Wrote them an email to which they ignored and did not respond to. Went to their practise and they told they couldn't reduce the price; rather offered me a second frame which I rejected. They sold a Tom Ford FAUSTO TF711 frame to me for 425£, this frame goes for 185£ or less in real market. What a rip-off!! . I have written them a third time which they didn't respond to, therefore I will take them on with the regulatory authorities. Nobody else should be their victim!

They used latest technology for eyes testing and they stock a wide range of some of the best brands of frames around . There prices are affordable

Visited the Realeyes team in Streatham a few weeks ago for my first (ever) opticians appointment.

Salim and the team were absolutely fantastic. They made me feel welcome and answered every query - as I had no clue at all about glasses!

Collected my glasses this week and yet again, unbelievably welcoming.

This is a review for the amazing customer service that I received from Shagufta earlier today. My brand new frames were ordered, but due to an error from the manufacturers, this was spotted by her during the frame adjustment process. I know other customers would be furious at this point. However, as I had been dealing with her right from the outset, I knew she would again take to her calm and professional approach to rectify the problem at hand.

Overall, a very knowledgable, professional and endearing personality to have dealing with the public

As always, an outstanding service from Realeyes in Streatham Hill. Salim was exceptionally courteous and polite when I asked for advice about a recently purchased pair of glasses which were slightly uncomfortable. At no extra cost to me, he was happy to replace them. Together with his technical expertise and knowledge of styles and trends he patiently helped and advised while choosing my new glasses. Thanks also goes to Debbie for her help. I am very pleased with the result!
Overall I was impressed by the standard of professionalism and personal service, both beyond and above what might be expected from a visit to an optician.

Regarding my recent visit to Realeyes in Wembley, I am pleased to comment on how welcoming and helpful the staff are towards their customers.
Whilst in the shop today, I was assisted by Nadia to tighten my glasses.
Nadia made me feel very welcome and provided good customer service with a warm and generous approach to my requirement.

The Realeyes Opticians in Steatham experience was fantastic. The staff are very polite and helpful especially Salim who gave me great customer service, I recommend.

I'm wearing glasses 40 years and experience wath I have in Realeyes Slough is one of the best. Beautiful and helpful staff. Excellent service. Highly recommended and for sure you will never looking to go nowhere else except them.

Would not recommend to someone who is already used to wear lenses. The website does not specify that if you are a new customer you should take a ‘Contact Lens Fitting Appointment’ which is double the price than the ‘Contact Lens Aftercare’. I wear lenses for more than 10 years, I do not need a ‘Contact Lens Fitting Appointment’. They do not adapt to you which makes the customer experience really bad. Plus, the manager did not try to understand my specific case, it is all about how they work. I had to go three times to their Wembley branch (1st appointment, to get my trial contact lenses, 2nd appointment to check if my lenses suit me) which is really annoying when you do not have time.
