I attended the STREATHAM, SW16 location and found the whole process of the eye test and collection of my corporate eye care package faultless. Pleasant and professional staff, smart equipment and shop floor.

I visited the Slough branch as I had a problem with my glasses being too tight! I don't live in the area, I was here seeing my mum. Joanna was so helpful & immediately fixed my glasses without any hesitation & no cost, very professional, excellent customer service, thank you!

Nadia (Wembley Branch) is a fantastic credit to the organisation. Polite, professional and very informative about the products. Nadia took much time and patience and I felt like a V.I.P. I strongly recommend Real Eyes, Wembley for brilliant customer service and top class optical products.

I used their Erdington,Birmingham Branch and found their service to be very professional, polite and friendly. The optician took time to explain everything in great detail. The Practice is well equipped with the latest technology.

I recommend Realeyes Opticians, Streatham Hill. The staff are so respectful and helpful. In particular I would like to single out Salim who made my experience of losing an expensive pair of glasses so much less stressful and a positive experience in general. You can tell quite clearly he enjoys his job and has better than excellent customer services skills. I hope Realeyes realise how fortunate they are to have staff like him.

Great service from all the staff at the Whitton branch. . Joleyne took great care of me. Very professional and friendly. The eye test was very comprehensive and informative, and they have a great selection of frames and designers. I have been looking for something 'different' for months, and Realeyes delivered! I went for a gorgeous Face e Face frame.
This is my second frame, and wont be the last! Thanks guys!

Good customer service

Well done for a good service from start to finish. From booking to reminders to the conversations with the staff in the Slough branch. Would recommend to others.

I found the staff to be cold and disinterested. I don't believe the optician was listening to me. She was bossy and the examination felt cursory. Taking a little time to break the ice with a patient is fundamental to any medically related profession.
In summary, you're staff need better customer service training. At a cut-through time in our Coercive Political economy, developing a rapport with your customers is the prime directive if you want them to return.

Excellent service from Joanna at the Slough branch. Really helpful and knowledgeable have already recommended the opticians to my friends who are going in to see her for some assistance!

Excellent staff and very friendly customer service. Special mention of Jo from real eyes Whitton, who helped me getting my glasses fixed without any hesitation even though it was bought from somewhere else.

The employee Debbie was very helpful and made me have a good experience at realeyes.

I popped in on the off chance to get both my reading glasses and my sunglasses repaired and the Manager immediately sorted everything out for me on the spot! This optician is not only professional, polite and friendly but they also provide an amazing service too! All the staff are welcoming and helpful! If anyone needs a reliable, honest and a trustworthy opticians, you need to go to Realeyes on Harrow Rd, I highly recommend them!!

On a previous visit to Realeyes I had an eye test to perform as I hadn't been in a while. Upon arrival I was treated with respect and my waiting time was very short for my turn.

The gentleman who has served me in the past was there again and we caught up on how we were doing since COVID came into effect last year. He was very helpful and made sure I felt at ease when performing my eye test. I am always impressed by his customer service.

After the test my lens were in need of a change and I was passed over to Arsalan. Arsalan was very helpful in assisting me and offering advice.

On my next visit to the store when the lens had arrived, Arsalan offered to install my new lens and give my frame a clean. He noticed the frame I was using was cracked down the middle when installing my new lens.

The newly fitted lens had more wear and tear after the installation of the lens and Arsalan took it upon himself to order me in a replacement frame free of charge.

I was very happy with the customer service and friendliness of the staff and will always take my business to Realeyes Mitcham going forward. Thank you Arsalan and the whole team at Real Eyes.

I was called to have an appointment at Realeyes so i went to get my eyes checked. I went in and told them i had an appointment, they made me wait and then it was my turn. After it finished they sat me down told me I needed new glasses and the total for just the check up was £35. Then they forced me to buy new glasses although I told them that i was fine and i was not told that I had to pay for the appointment but I ended up paying. I will never go back because of this.

Needed a same day appointment and called real eyes as it’s across the road from my work. Saw me immediately. When I arrived the two ladies working were so friendly. I immediately felt at ease. I had a budget and it was stuck too. Explained everything to me from start to finish, including during my eye test. I was helped to chose my glasses, I obviously couldn’t see properly and the optician offered to let me use the test glasses.
Chose a lovely pair ;) Paid for on a Thurs and told up to 10 day wait.
But they arrived 4 days later.
When i collected there were 3 different staff members working. Again, all were friendly & welcoming.
Made sure my new glasses fitted me properly. Told me to come back whenever I needed to if they needed adjusting at all, or every few month for a check.
Walked out feeling so happy!
Will always use Real Eyes slough now and have already recommended.
