I’ve used this opticians for over ten years,always first class service,very professional and welcoming,l would never use any of the other opticians as these are the best,nothing is to much trouble for them,great glasses very good service with modern upto date equipment five ⭐️

My husband Emmanuel fazaldin had his eye test in Wembley branch in April 2021 and i had great experience manger chamim.shagufta the dispenser kishen and Hassan dispenser on the collection very friendly staff and the service I received very clear information about my eye test and the glass I have chosen I bought virfocial I was pleased and very quick thanks to all the staff it was before the time given the place is clean and fresh looking good deco all around I recommend the realeys.wembley

I attended Real Eyes on two occasions, collecting my new contacts and glasses very quickly on Tuesday the 13th of April. I found the customer service to be excellent, and all three members of staff I encountered were an absolute delight. Salim in particular impressed me with his confident and helpful approach. I shall return again and again!

I went into realeyes to see if they could repair my glasses however I ended up with new glasses, I found the Staff most professional and charming and put me at ease, they were extremely helpful and it was a pleasure and delight to get my new glasses from them. Realeyes in Streatham is the best from a distance.
Highly professional optician Javed, who explained everything as we progressed through the examination. Also he made me understood the difference between variant lenses.
Have no regret for the high amount of money I have spent as now I have the best glasses and my eyes deserve!
I had to wait longer to have them but it was worth waiting as I was rewarded for that and I wish to thank to the Streatham Manager for that.
Highly recommended for the professionalism level and for the high quality lenses! Best technology in designing bespoke lenses!

Amazing experience! A very warm welcome from the moment I stepped in (Have been offered coffee as well!). It was my first time going to the optician in this area (Erdington) and I really did not know what to expect. I don't know if I would ever try a different place after this wonderful experience. Their customer service is spot on, and they are kind and friendly, making you feel comfortable and always welcome. Amazing range of frames to choose from and they also help you choose the ones that would fit you best so you don't spend too much time deciding. I feel like I got a great deal on my glasses! You can tell they are experienced and knowledgeable but also humble. Simply amazing. Love it here!

Took my 8 year old daughter for a dyslexia screening test at the Realeyes in Erdington Birmingham. The service and care she got was brilliant. She chose a gorgeous pair of purple frames and we had the lenses thinned down so they sat in the frames better. Absolutely amazing staff.
