Took my glasses back as having trouble seeing out of them. They said should be within 30 days of getting them, but said would try and help. Was given state of the art eye test, and they said prescription needed tweaking so they would get them changed for me. I bought new frames, but they changed prescription for free even though well past the 30 day free guarantee. Very grateful, excellent service, thank you.

I just happened upon Realeyes Erdington. And what a find. The optician was totally professional as well as very informative. The state of the art equipment made the experience so much more pleasant too. Chris was hugely helpful with organising my glasses. First glass professional yet very friendly as indeed was Abbas who welcomed us in in the first place. I highly recommend these guys. Excellent set up.

Very happy with my eye examination, everything was explained as we progressed through the examination. Members of staff were very friendly and helpful however, I felt staff did not always acknowledge my needs in terms of my financial circumstances. People do not always have surplus funds worst in this current climate and that needs to be considered when sales are taking place. I expressed I did not want to spend the amount I was quoted but was given the sale patter. I was given a discount which was fine, but I still was nor happy to spend the amount I was quoted.

Fantastic opticians with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a thorough eye check with Javaid who put me at ease and explained the process. I was then assisted by the very patient Salim, the spectacle curator supreme!

I was very impressed by the politeness and friendliness of all 3 staff at realeyes today. The receptionist Debbie from min go was very friendly she even helped my 10 yr old pick her glasses and had a very gentle manner. The optician Javed did a thorough check of her eyes And explained to her what he was doing patiently which I’ve never seen before by other opticians and then lastly Salem measured her carefully And explained to us the process, I’m definitely re visiting. A huge thumbs up from me and my daughter 👍🏽

Having good eyesight is good but it's also good to be seen. My visit to real eyesngave me the experience of both. The customer service was amazing and they took the time to be respectful and caring throughout my engagement, for testing to picking up my spectacles. I can now see the world differently and more clearly with my new glasses.

I would highly recommend Realeyes Opticians (Erdington). I recently had an appointment and the care and service I received just could not be faulted. It was well organised with up to date equipment and managed in a welcoming and friendly way. The optician was very knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his advice and time and the staff member who helped me with the follow up was technically expert, experienced and professional. The Covid-19 guidelines were managed with care and consideration. I am absolutely delighted with my new glasses and with my whole experience was a positive one.

Excellent customer service from Paul, the Manager when I took in an old ladies specs to be repaired. He was helpful and kind and I think I may be changing my Opticians very soon. Thank you for your time today.

went for an eye test thursday the guys in the erdington branch were brilliant 10 out 10 had my eye test i needed reading and distance glasses was told they will be ready about a week later come saturday 2 days after my eye test they were ready what a fantasic service thank you realeyes keep up the great work

Salim is an awesome manager at the Streatham branch. His level of customer service and attention to detail is simply wonderful. I would highly recommend this branch.

I've just had a great visit to RealEyes in Whitton. Paul (on the desk) is always so personable and helpful (and he has also supported our local PTA very willingly.) After years of buying contact lenses online, I have now signed up to RealEyes as they seem competitively priced. Also, I love the fact that RealEyes support the local community - they host gatherings for old people as well as supporting local students. All the staff I saw today were exemplary - efficient, capable and knowledgeable. I am glad to support a local business.

found the shop clean & modern & the staff friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & professional throughout my eye test, ordering my new glasses, which came earlier then quoted, & fitting of my new glasses. well done, totally stress free.

I was walking past Erdington, High Street and noticed Realeyes and thought I would pop in and see if they had any appointments.
All three gentlemen were amazing, warm welcome and extremely professional, friendly, approachable and I have the upmost respect for the TLC they demonstrated. Along the journey I was kept swiftly informed.
Hence would definitely highly recommend this service where you know your custom matters

So I looked at reviews and decided that RealEyes seem like a very ethical and responsible Optician and booked an appointment online which seemed quite easy and proferssional.

I had the eyetest at the RealEyes In Wembley on a wednesday. They have state of the art equipment and a very nice optician to be honest.The optician was good and the test itself was very quick .

After my eyetest I was guided to speak to what I would say was a salesadvisor who was going to go through the eyeglasses options and prescription cost and to be completely honest I was surprised and how expensive the glasses were but I trusted that I was being advised correctly so I paid the 50% deposit for the glasses and prescription. I used a debit card to make the payment . I was told my glasses would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive in the store because of COVID19 there are delays in delivery.

I spoke with a friend on the phone on my way home who told me that what I was quoted was far to expensive and I could get a better deal at his optician and the glasses would be prepared for me on the spot and I would not need to wait 2 or 3 weeks. So I decided to Email Realeyes and cancel my order and ask for a copy of my prescription within an hour of leaving the optician.

I did not receive any reply to my email and I sent a further email the following morning ..still no reply and I then telephoned the Realeyes Branch and said to the receptionist you have not responded and I have emailed you twice .

The receptionist reluctantly said she will ask someone to get back to me .Afew hours later I got a call and I was told there is a NO REFUND POLICY . I was told that my case was discussed with the managing director and maybe they can try to give me a better price but they cannot give me a refund because the order is gone directly via there online system and cannot be cancelled. I was astonised and said can you send me your NO Cancellation No Refund Policy via email because I find this hard to believe.

I received the polcy via email and after reading it I emailed the branch and told them that at no point was this policy explained to me at the point of sale and therefore I believe I have been misled . They still did not send me my prescription to me via email which i had requested 3 times by now .

I then contacted NHS England and made a formal complaint to them about Realeyes Business Practices as misleading customers because they are not going through there policy at point of sale and failing to provide me with a copy of my prescription which is my legal right . I also sent their policy and all the email correspondance I had with Realeyes to NHS England and wrote back to Realeyes stating they did not go through this policy with me and I cancelled within an hour of the order so I need them to give me a refund or I will take legal action against them . I also stated I wrote to NHS Direct and told them that I will be sharing my experience with potential customers to make them aware of the way I was treated .

Realeyes contacted me on saturday of the same week and told me they had decided to give me a refund and it still took from wednesday to saturday
( 5 days) of back and forth and finally i got my refund today.

I felt it was important to warn potential clients to ensure that at the point of sale they ask for a copy of the refund and cancellation policy because getting a refund was not easy from them so please make sure you are aware of what you have signed up for.

I was impressed with their state of the art equipment but not at all with the service I received and there policy for Refunds and Cancellations is unethical and I would not consider going back there again because of the stress I had to go thorough for 5 days to get my refund .
