A very positive experience as a first time client. brand new shop in Erdington is modern, smart an clean. Staff are helpful, positive and cheerful and seem to enjoy their job which they do very well. My new glasses came faster than expected and as the great song goes: " I can see clearly now..."

My experience with the Erdington branch was very positive, I truly felt valued, all the staff friendly, welcoming and very very helpful, the optician who tested my eyes was very warm and informative, then choosing the glasses was fun and great advice on styles. Love my new glasses, lovely style that suit my face and I did not realise how bad my eyes had gone, as every thing now crisp and clear.

My local branch is erdington , staff are so welcoming and friendly . Helped me choose my glasses and my daughters , the branch manager is lovely and his staff . Won’t be changing my opticians anytime soon :) x

I was already in Lockdown for health reasons. My glasses had suffered some minor damage. I couldn't get to my usual opticians. Paul at the High Street, Whitton branch allayed my fears and repaired my glasses. The charity box benefited. Thank you so much, Paul. Unbeknownst to me it was just before the big Covid-19 Lockdown...

My first visit to Realeyes in Whitton, outer London. A very positive experience. Paul ( Stockford ) was an enthusiastic, friendly & above all professional member of the front office staff. Mr J Kanani the optometrist that examined my eyes was very thorough & painstaking in his examination. I paid for an OCT scan over & above the regular NHS eye examination which was very worthwhile. I'm very happy with my new bi-focals. Realeyes, Whitton will be my regular optician from now on.

Excellent customer service. Chamim is a lovely, helpful personality who really focused on her customers. The shop is nice, tidy, the best place to get the perfect glasses.

I am delighted with my new glasses which I feel really suit me. And I am very fussy indeed! The service at Realeyes was fantastic from the detailed examination to the advice given in choosing frames.
I have a varifocal prescription and the proportion of distance, middle and reading is perfect, due to the care taken with measurements. This really is a superior service from a friendly team who take a real interest in their customers. I would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer products. Great members of staff- very welcoming and professional. Good equipments in place, incredibly well organised as much as having a very straightforward high-quality service.

Great service start to finish. Called in and made an appointment with very friendly gentleman who emailed appointment confirmation. Appointment went well very nice optician who explained what the different tests measure and gave a thorough examination. Choose glasses with lots of help from the staff not pushy just giving advice and finding frames that suited me. Picked up after a week staff fitted my glasses expertly and adjusted as needed. Highly recommended

WOW What an experience,we just walked in off the street into a time warp.Realeys very modern shop but the staff are from an era long past.This team has it all from the receponist,manager too the optician they treated my wife to an experience in a lost art of customer care.I know now where to get my eyes tested at a leisurely pace. I took my dad to have his eyes checked today at Erdington branch which isn't easy as my father hasnt been a well man after having a stroke.
Finding it hard to walk etc and communicate to well.
Got to say the receptionist plus optician was amazing with my father very professional with dad at all times asking lots of questions during the visit put him at ease as he's aniexty is very bad.
I would highly recommend this optician to any one who is suffering mental illness or any other medical conditions. Truly amazing staff very helpful.

Amazing service had my eyes tested and one week later got a a brand new set of glasses.
The staff are so lovely and helpful, could not fault there service at all 5*
