Ali was perfect, my lens had popped out so I was blind out of one eye and had to go to the nearest optician urgently. Within 15 minutes (without an appointment, and free of charge) Ali fixed my glasses for nothing in return, great customer service, kind staff and highly recommend!

Very friendly service and very helpful, I ordered a pair of frames just took longer to arrive apart from that very happy.

I have glass from real eyes so when my vision became blurry I went back to see what the problem was. Nabiha was very professional and did tests including a scan which showed a retina tear. She jumped into action, contacted Moorfields hospital a&e and arranged for me to attend straight away. When I arrived there they had an email with a letter and the scan so no time was lost. 3 days later after surgery my eye is safe, thanks in no small part to Nabiha actions.

Azmina and all staff were amazing, they made me very welcome.
This was my first eye test as an adult, they explained the process well and wasn’t pushy at selling glasses.

I have used the Whitton branch now on more than a few occasions to purchase vari-focals
Sun glasses and now a pair of Dita statesman glasses.
Firstly the service that you receive at this branch is more than outstanding time care and a genuine interest and advice supplying top quality glasses
The seiko lenses are again another level
A lovely branch with lovely staff and top quality stylish glasses to suit everyone

It was the 1st time my 2 daughter's had a eye test. From the receptionist to seeing the Optician Chan, it made them feel at ease. The eye test was thorough which was good as my youngest daughter needed glasses.
We saw Sam after the eye check who was very polite and helpful, he helped us pick glasses and explained what to do.

James Repaired my expensive glass for under £30 with Frames done in 10mins I was amazed at there customer service.

I went to Realeyes in Wembley on 18/10/24 with my daughter as the glasses she was prescribed had become bent. We were met with Maria Stanczykowska who initially seemed polite for all of a minute but all that changed in a flash. She went through various questions with us via her computer and asked when our last eye test was. I told her we just had one and she asked where. I told her it was at Specsavers on the high road. This is when everything went downhill along with her attitude, professionalism and customer service.
This woman was so rude to us it was shocking and very offensive. Firstly she fiddled with the glasses and broke them. Which luckily, to my surprise she admitted. She angrily asked us why we went to Specsavers when they have my daughter’s eye history on their system (albeit only 2 years worth) as to say we should not be going anywhere else other than with themselves. I told her I was not obligated to attend Realeyes only and the reason I had her eyes checked was because she told us she was not seeing clearly with her current glasses. She told me they have optometrists who are trained with children in paediatrics and have all the fancy high end technology equipment unlike them (Specsavers). She really started to belittle them. She then made my wife sign a document on a tablet twice to say we were receiving a replacement pair of frames via NHS so the company she works for could claim the expense back through her negligence. She asked us in an aggressive tone if we wanted to remove my 8 year old daughter’s details of their system 3 times. I told her to take it off. Justyna (the shop floor manager) then came and got involved with a loud aggressive rude tone, questioning why we went to Specsavers and that the staff there are not as well trained as their staff almost to say they do not have a clue what they are doing there. She asked me to get another opinion on my daughter’s prescription which I found very unprofessional of her to say this. She then stated children don’t know what they say most of the time so you can’t trust their judgement either. Again very rude and totally unprofessional behaviour. I know my daughter well enough to know she would not make up that she was struggling with her eyes at school.

I personally stopped attending there over a year ago after they tried to sell me very expensive frames. I asked them to show me the cheapest frames they had as I only required them mainly for reading. Like one of the comments on Google from Suresh Dey who gave a 1 star review. I too had a very similar experience. They hide away their cheaper frames in a cupboard. They are reluctant to give refunds and make every excuse in order not to process a refund even though you call them straight away.

Maria has left a 5 star review on Google (Why wouldn’t she? She works there) How many more fake reviews are there?
I have never received such appalling and unprofessional treatment from such uncivilised people who do not know how to treat customers. Beware. They will entice you with free drinks and sweet words in order for you to splash loads of cash. They think they know what they are talking about but in reality they do not.

To the owners, you may want to view the video footage to see how the staff you employ treat customers when they just happen to god forbid visit another opticians and admit it. Some learning and training is highly recommended for both Justyna and definitely Maria.
