It is by far the worst booking process I have encountered with, their web really need some work done, it's so bad and complicated my husband and I are giving up on £1000 voucher.
We have about 500+ options on our area but they are just all the same so you have amount but not variety.
We had a trip to London and tried to use it on a hotel, you can't.
Attemptted booking tours and page just kept getting stuck on 'loading, please wait' instead of going through the booking. When you eventually manage to book the tours and you try the options of 'call to book' or 'choose availability'.... you guessed again, page doesn't load for both options and gets stuck on 'loading, please wait'. Tried to contact staff and they were nice enough but sadly no much they can do I guess. I'll definitely will be emailing our company to feed back as it honestly the website doesn't work as it should you just end up giving up and just becomes a waste of money.
Avoid this rip off company. My 3 year old was brought a voucher to visit legoland, we tried to redeem the voucher only to be told the experience isn't available anymore (but its still on their website) after a very long chat with the AI bot and then an human agent the best they could do was offer credit, had no option but to take the credit thinking we could just rebook legoland tickets but no, we're only given limited options with the credit, there's nothing for a 3 year old. Scammers of a company, selling vouchers for something you can't redeem and then offered the experiences no one wants or buys.
I don't regularly write reviews but my experience with this enterprise was so terrible I was compelled to write one. I paid for an experience to which there was no straight forward way of using the voucher for the experience. I emailed, had several AI conversations, expressed my discomfort to their agents, I just got redirected. I wasted time, money and energy. Felt like I got scammed. I would advice anyone to stay away from this service.

Advertised prices on main page differ from inflated prices when trying to use a cash gift voucher. This meant my £125 cash voucher, as a leaving present from colleagues, was only worth ~£60. Scam
It was fantastic. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and very professional.
Disaster. Avoid at all costs.
The restaurants only devote limited spaces to people with vouchers.
If you swap to a different restaurant the voucher loses value.
If that restaurant doesn't have availability for the dates you are free the cycle repeats.
Eventually you either time out and the voucher expires, or you end up with the value being eroded so much that a meal at marco pierre white steakhouse ends up being an online course in zen gardens....
If you want to give someone a gift, give them money, or take them out yourself.
Lovely relaxing facial. A very nice calming experience .
The owner was very nice and the red letter day was verygood value.

I contacted the provider to book an experience only to be told that I would have to pay a supplement to attend the venue of choice. I was also told I would need a credit card to purchase a waiver, or pay another charge to use a debit card. Ordered a credit card and took it on the day. I was then told they didnt accept American Express - wasnt told this on the call. On the day I was told I couldnt use Amex, so I'd have to transfer £500 to them and pay a charge. This was distressing. Paid, got to the car I was due to drive and was told to take off my (minimalist) trainers and drive in socks - not something I'm comfortable with. Got into the vehicle and couldnt feel pedals. Was told to slide down until I could feel them, which resulted in me being so far into the cockpit that I couldnt see out and my head was wedged in an uncomfortable position due to the helmet. I told the assistant who went and got some foam pads, which wedged be so far forward I couldnt move my arms when holding the wheel. I couldnt physically drive the vehicle. I had to leave the venue, with £500 returned but having paid an admin fee and £8 for a hygeine pack and with no refund for the experience.

The actual event was a bit of a let down as the venue did not deliver the experience I expected. I followed this up afterwards and they acknowledged this and have now booked a complimentary visit so happy overall with the outcome.

We booked the Fawlty Towers dining experience through red letter days which was very simple and easy. Fawlty Towers was extremely funny we laughed all the way through and is good for all ages, would definitely recommend

It’s a great experience - so much to see in the historic dockyard.
The whole process and communication was excellent and I think it was good value for money

The customer service when I lost my voucher was excellent. It had expired in the time it was lost and their customer service extended it for 3 months free of charge and resent it to me.
