Poor service
lack of communication i resolving an issue which was: i made payment via credit card for a driving experience and selected discount vouchers from partner organisations. The discount vouchers arrived promptly within minutes of the transaction. I have not received a confirmation email or the requested e voucher. Red Letter Days cannot trace my order despite the payment having cleared from credit card provider. they query whether I have provided the correct email address which is nonsense as we have been communicating. They cannot trace my order Attempts to resolve via the online chat platform are frustrating , repetitive and time consuming. A totally unsatisfactory experience which is causing anxiety .

The experience I want is no longer available so I had to change, then the replacement was no longer available. Its impossible to speak to any sort of customer services to sort anything, and as it was a gift I can't do a chargeback. Absolutely disgusting con of a company. AVOID!

Not enough choice. Most places we did select wanted more money. Website kept playing up, not user friendly. Ran out of time so panicked and choose badly.
