Reputation well deserved
Well reputated shop for many years now, it was my first experience with them even though I knew it was here since I started 15 years ago (never had a chance to order before as I'm leaving in France). Everything arrived quickly, well protected and I was lucky enough not to have custom fees and import taxes to pay (that was a plus as French customs can be a pain to deal with).

Retraction they did there best
Im gonna leave the old review so others can understand what happened originally but after a few weeks they helped me the best they could. Hopi get my new package soon.(Terrible customer service I never received my item and they just kept saying are you sure you didn't talk to your neighbors, did you call your delivery service. Yes I did and no one got it. Haven't gotten a reply to see if it will be replaced or not etc #000143109)

Hi Kenneth, I'm very sorry to hear this. What is your order number? Sometimes orders are delivered and signed for (as confirmed by UPS or FEDEX) and there are cases where the neighbors have signed for it and kept the package for the intended recipient. Of course there is also the possibility of theft if the package has been left on the front door by UPS / FEDEX. Our customer service agents ask these questions simply to eliminate all possibilities before escalating further. We're sorry if you found the line of questioning unhelpful or offensive. In your case it is highly likely UPS / FEDEX have confirmed successful delivery so I guess we're just all scratching our heads to figure out where your package went.
UPDATE: Here is the tracking on your order from USPS:
Order 24101171, 2024-02-29 17:55, 686425 customer report package not received. USPS Tracking shows 2024-02-26 13:59 LAS VEGAS, NV 89xxx, Delivered, Front Door/Porch -> Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 1:59 pm on February 26, 2024 in LAS VEGAS, NV 89xxx.
So we've been asking if your neighbors might have picked it up. But at this point there is a high chance that somebody stole the package from your front door. Unfortunately this is a standard procedure of USPS to leave things at the front door and this is not what we wish for either due to security reasons. Our customer service team will work out a solution for you.
[UPDATE] : We hope we are able to resolve the issue with you. Stolen packages are never easy to solve but it looks like that's what happened in your case. Really sorry this had to happen to you.

Redwolf Airsoft RUINS CHRISTMAS! American buyers should not purchase from this outlet. I purchased an airsoft gun for Christmas for my son. Out of the box, the gun did not work, and they asked for video/photos. Now they have ghosted me. Out $300, and they have not offered a return or to assist with the repair. They are the WORST!

at first I thought everything was fine because I ordered bbs green gas and the gun which was a glock 17 gen 5 until I found that there was no green gas in the box so I had to buy another one then after 2 weeks of shooting the gun something from the back fell out and I put it back and It cam out again then the trigger did not work then I fixed the trigger then it sounded like the gun along with the green gas was going o explode in my hand terrible DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE PLEASE

Hi Erick, we are truly sorry for what you have experienced. None of the gas pistols on our site (or most sites in the world) come with gas, and it's always sold separately. We'll make this more clear on our website to avoid similar confusion. As for the gun having problems and what you describe as exploding, what brand and power of gas did you buy? The Glock 17 Gen 5 only safely works with 12Kg Green Gas. If you purchased higher pressure gas than that, it will damage the gun. Also, if there was a problem with the trigger, please let us know next time and we can solve it for you. We checked our system and never received any emails from you at all regarding the problems you described above. So if there is anything we can do for you, please contact us at service@redwolfairsoft.com

Amazing customer service, wide selection of guns and parts, and pretty good shipping times all things considered. I normally don't buy internationally but I make an exception for redwolf because so far my experience has been nothing but top notch. Would absolutely recommend for anyone buying airsoft gear, regardless of where you're located.

I am not happy w/ "Dead" wolf Airsoft
I am not happy w/ "Dead" wolf Airsoft! I ordered a Glock 18C from them because they advertise the one without the orange tip on their website but when mines arrived it had an orange tip. If I'd've known that they did false advertising I would've just ordered one of the orange barrel tip versions from Amazon instead of waiting on theirs to come from Hong Kong. They need to take dwn the image on their website and put the correct one up!

After looking online I discovered that the orange tips are easily removed w/ a pair of pliers . So I changed my 1 star to 5 stars because the actual air gun is perfect. I was just mad about the orange tip.

Hi GK, sorry about the misunderstanding. Red tips are only required in the US, Italy and Korea. For all other shipments, we are not required to attach a red tip to the gun. Unfortunately we must attach an orange tip to your pistol in order to comply with US Federal law. If we did not do that, US customs would confiscate and destroy the gun at the border. I'm sorry if this was not made more clear. We will add a note to our website to remind all US customers of this requirement. Photos are always shown without the red tips because we ship everywhere in the world (most of which does not require the red tip). Thank you for your kind understanding.
