Regtransfers Reviews

Phoned up Reg Transfers to make an offer on a number with my initials on it. Talked to Miles Collins who was extremely helpful and made the deal work.

i was very impressed in the ease of using the app and also when I phoned

1 Star – Absolutely ridiculous profit margins
I recently discovered just how much Reg Transfers made from selling me a personalised registration.
I paid around £2,100 once all their additional fees were included.
I've since discovered that the registration originally sold at DVLA auction for just £200, or £327 including fees.
I fully understand businesses need to make a profit, but turning a £327 registration into a £2,100 sale is absolutely taking the pee.
I've just purchased another registration directly from DVLA for £599, including VAT and transfer fees, which really puts things into perspective.
I feel completely ripped off. Had I known the sort of markup involved, I would never have used them.
My advice? Check DVLA directly before buying through Reg Transfers. You could save yourself a small fortune.**

What an amazing team!
Gary in particular was efficient, kind and extremely
patient.
Always polite and considerate and very understanding on all occasions.
I would thoroughly recommend this company!
Thank you

Selected plate - paid in full, and received confirmation, and still waiting for paperwork,it has been over a week, still no paperwork, might get a response - had response and had a different delivery address given and didn't realize - my apologies hence change in review

Registration Transfers valued my cherished number, in a quick and efficient manner; their online valuation tool returned a reassuring valuation, which was easy to accept and advertise.
The number sold within the month, to the first enquirer.
Ronnie completed the sale process in a prompt and efficient manner, within the day, with funds arriving 3 working days later.
I’d have no hesitation on recommending Registration Transfers (and Ronnie !) to any prospective seller (or buyer !).
Many thanks

Do not buy or enquire with them. They will constantly call up to 3 times a day and hound you to call them back.

Very simple process. New plates delivered very quickly. Amending the V5C was quickly organised.

Great service, fast and slightly cheaper than others

Easy straightforward transaction, Ronnie was first class and helped me with both plates A+

Professional and businesslike. Efficient service, helpful staff. My plate took a few years to sell but I’m grateful it sold in the end.

I must have phoned Claire five or six times she didn’t mind and sorted everything out. Highly recommend this company and their staff couldn’t ask for anything more. Keep up the good work and thanks again.

Very efficient quickly processed kept informed all the way helpful notes how to complete the process

Everthing was so simple & quick.
Very helpful & professional.

I purchased two similar, personalised number plates for my twin boys’ upcoming 18th birthday.

I had the complete package, the plates, the layout/design, the fixing kit and had them put on a retention document.

My experience with Regtranfers, was friendly and professional throughout.

The process was very simple to follow, Rachel delivered excellent customer service, with timely call backs, follow ups and dealt with all the administration side of the purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed at which the plates were delivered, shortly followed by the retention certificates.

I would highly recommend Regtransfers.

Many thanks.
