They advised the the product is made and shipped from London. Again illegaly advertising false information.

Falsely advertising your order will arrive within 48 hours from London, when it's actually sent from China and their is no customer services.

We are 100% covered by law to get our money back.

Bought tv channel unlocked device but on arrival it didn’t work completely useless.I tried emailing the seller rehabes but they will not respond.They said in their advertisement that they give 90 days full refund should the device not work this is a complete lie this is a scamming company stay well clear of them. They also say they ship from the UK in 2 to 3 days I waited almost a month and the tracking info stated it was coming from China.These scammers use these tactics to get people fooled and hooked to their rubbish then take your money and you never hear from them again.I used PayPal so started a case to get my money back.
If your looking at this Rehabes you are a bunch of sad scammers you are a disgrace to the human race I will make sure that everyone knows to stay well clear from you and your rubbish products

The easiest thing for me to do to describe my experience with this company is to copy here the email of complaint I sent them.

“What can I say, other than I have found your products and customer service absolutely abysmal. The order I eventually received, which was supposedly 3 ‘ceramic heaters’ at a cost of some £50 plus, after waiting 6 weeks from ordering, was non-functioning rubbish, with no working parts. The description of the items bore no relation to the bits of plastic I received. Despite having been advertised as ‘proudly made in the UK’ they were, in fact, send from another country.

Your reaction to my letter of complaint, sent in early December, took 6 weeks - why? This was just to tell me that you would give me 30% off the price of what is essentially a bit of plastic.

Fortunately for me, as I paid you through Paypal, following a complaint about your service and products, I was reimbursed the full amount in late December via Paypal. I do hope they make life difficult for you in the future.

As far as I am concerned, your company or business is nothing more than a scam, and I will make all and any efforts I can to spread the word on social media, future advertising, and any other way I can find.

I ordered 2 TV Streaming devices order number GGAA5237which took 3 weeks to arrive .
Both don't work so wasted £35.
They advertise great customer service but to date no reply .Thankfully I paid by PayPal so have a chance of retrieval.
Do not buy from them its a Scam

I paid £79.94 on order GGAA5760 and the items do not Work and I emailed them at rehabes with no reply

Took for ever to deliver my order, it eventually arrived but it doesn't work, I have sent them several emails but they are now not responding

Ordered a device as advertised. Still waiting for delivery. Their customer service is non existent. Also they charged me more than the invoice value. To top it up they also charged me £40 without my authorization.

This company is based in China and is scamming people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered miqito kinetic heaters as made in the UK 2-3 days delivery
Turns out received 8 days later 2 damaged on receipt and according to tracking info were shipped from China

I ordered 2 heaters. Both were a joke, tiny imitations and broken.
I have tried in vain to contact rehabs, they are ignoring my emails.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Please read below for my reasoning

We were looking for a specialized wrist brace. It appeared that the brace we were looking for was price controlled by the manufacturer on all websites. We could have bought it from Amazon for the same price as at the Rehab Store. We wanted to support a non-Amazon business. That was an expensive mistake.

On their website they advertise easy returns. It may be easy but expensive. If you return a product to them they will charge you shipping both directions (about $17 for this small wrist brace) and a 20% restocking fee (in our case almost $20). That is absurd. I should have read all the fine print. It is only there that you would find mention of these outrageous fees. I would not recommend this to anybody if there's any chance you may have to return it. We returned it because it was a painful fit. Although the size was ordered correctly, because of arthritis in the hand it was very uncomfortable to wear. I should have gone with Amazon. At least I know I can return it there reasonably. It would have also been delivered much sooner.
