Although the guys were friendly and polite, it would seem they cannot read the word "fragile". We had a lot of damage, from chips in wooden furniture to broken glass. Fragile boxes stacked under heavy boxes when unloading. It was all very rushed, we were expecting a two day service, but they were determined to do the 300 miles in one day. I am extremely disappointed and very sad that I cannot recommend them. Even though I gave feedback (good and not so good) I did not hear from them again about the damage or distress caused.

I would NEVER recommend this company. Although the removal staff were friendly our house contents were badly packed /stored and many items arrived damaged dirty and misshapen. Our main issue was our smashed TV. After contacting Relocate to replace the TV we were told we had to go through their insurance company. We were offered £99.00 to replace our 55"TV as we had to pay an excess of £250. We then asked Relocate to reimburse us the £250 excess as the damage was not our fault. We were told to look at their T and Cs as they were not liable. In total we spent over £5000. 00 for removal and storage. My advice is think before you use this company. They may be cheaper but sometimes it's worth paying more for a better service that this company is unable to provide.

Absolutely fantastic. The team were all very professional and very quick. Had no problems whatsoever. The price was easily the most competitive. Very impressed with the whole service from start to finish. No need to waste time shopping around. These people will not let you down. Bill and his entire team were brilliant.

A stress free move.
The team were brilliant pre move agreeing times an dates was easy . The guys turned up early on the day and cleared my 3 bed house within and hour and a half with care and attention and then a further 30 mins for the garage and the shed. They then delivered everything to a storage facility in Norfolk and we all packed up in just over an hour so impressed with their speed and care

Jackie and I wanted to say how much we appreciated the skill and care that your team took over our move to Yorkshire. The team were polite careful and very efficient. I couldn’t believe how quickly the guys emptied our house in Havering and it wasn’t just 'chuck it on the van' but all done with care.

The next day all was placed where we wanted it in the new house .

Overall we were really pleased and the move was so much less stressful than we thought.

Relocate were wonderful to deal with from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and when the guys turned up on the day they were fast efficient and really helped with the stress of moving from London to Norfolk. They checked anything they were unsure about and were good natured and at ease. They were also very calm and at ease with my large dog who was around all during the move, also a couple of friends and neighbours who turned up to give moral support.
They turned up in Norfolk on time and just as efficient and relaxed as before and I cannot praise them highly enough.
I absolutely recommend Relocate, total professionals in every sense. Well done.

Relocate Removals are absolutely fabulous! What a lovely bunch of people and so organised! They moved us from London to Dorset emptying our house and garden so fast and professional we couldn't be more impressed or happy with their service! The team were ready to go by 08:30 and were loaded by eleven o'clock. A very friendly and courteous crew who were very respectful of our property . Nothing was too much trouble

I moved from Hornchurch to Great Bentley. The service I got from Relocate Removals was excellent very fast and extremely reasonable. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Disappointed as we were charged for a parking ticket that they could have avoided had they parked properly. Also once unpacked we noticed damage to a bedside table that they would have known about yet they didn’t tell us.

I was surprised that only two men arrived to move us but they were super efficient,pleasant and completed the job at both loading and unloading in great time.Could not ask for a better service

We moved from Kent to County Durham. The guys turned up at the Kent end, were very friendly and loaded the van as quickly and efficiently as possible.
After a 300ish mile journey and at 5:30pm, it was apparent that our vendor still had several hours worth of moving himself out of the house. Things got heated and we appreciated the advice/help given by our movers to diffuse the situation 😀 Decision was made to walk away and come back next day.
Relocate Removals worked with us to ensure our belongings were safe overnight and our poor removal guys ended up sharing a room in the same hotel as us (hope there were no ghosts guys!). They were good company and made us laugh at the end of an extremely stressful day.

I used this company in January 2025 and must say how brilliant and professional they were from the 1st phone call right up to moving day also delivery guys were excellent must also stress what value for money the service was did get 3 quotes from other companies and these guys were @ least 40% cheaper so would definitely recommend
