Recently moved from 4 bed detached to a bungalow.
The team turned up and within 2 hours the house and garden were emptied into the vans. Likewise the other end.
The lads were a great crew and worked together as a team, they knew exactly what they were doing and extremely helpful, they were super quick and nothing was too much trouble . They went above and beyond, not only emptying their vans but helping empty our cars and asking if there was anything else they could help with. They did not leave until THEY were happy we were settled in. There were plenty of laughs on the day which helped reduce the stress.

The team was efficient and arrived on time and got to work straight away! Friendly guys who introduced thereselves to us and kept us informed at every stage of the removal. There time and patience was appreciated on arrival at our new house. Again once we got the green light they unpacked everything off the lorry and made sure we were happy where everything was placed. Thank you so much we would definitely recommend you to anyone moving! We were very happy with the service provided, keep up the good work!

I had a very good experience with this company and I would highly recommend. Our move went better than expected and the removal guys were brilliant. The whole process made our move from Essex to Suffolk very easy.

I used this wonderful company for my packing and removal service ,it was wonderful service from the first telephone call to the end my dates were moved a couple of times by me and they were fantastic,good value great service would not hesitate to recommend

Very nice helpful men arrived on time very professional and quick packing up my house. Took down and reassembled the furniture that needed to be done. I was rang on the day by the owner Bill to check everything was going smoothly which was a nice touch.

The guys very good and moved us with issues dismantling wardrobes and beds with no problems no damage etc also moved 85inch TV no issues

With 4 days notice these guys were on it. Moved from Grays to West Yorkshire and did it all in a day. This was one of the easiest moves I’ve had. The guys were friendly, funny and the boxes I needed a trolley to move they were taking 2 at a time. Definitely get the professionals in it’s worth it.

I strongly advise against using this company for removals. They arrived without the proper tools to dismantle furniture, including children’s beds, which were missing bolts due to their negligence. I had to lend them a drill and even provide bags to store the bolts, as they had nothing prepared.

To make matters worse, there was extensive damage to my furniture over £4,000 worth, yet their insurance provider is only offering just under £600 in compensation. Their customer service has been completely unprofessional, and based on other reviews, it seems I’m not alone in this experience.

The delivery men were very helpful and handled our furniture with care, made our move easier and less stressful.

Moved us just before xmas. Couldn't fault them really. Good bunch of lads on both visits winding each other up all day made it somewhat comical at times and less stressful. Team in the office were always on the other end of the phone. Few minor breakages but in the grand scheme of things nothing to worry about. Would use again if we needed to and happily recommend to anybody else.

Very friendly professional service

Very friendly service from the first assessor to the boss and the lads doing the graft. All very helpful and polite. Only criticism was that carpets were not protected in new house. When asked about film roll to put on carpets and upstairs was told they had run out. I then chucked a few of their protective blankets on the floors, sorted. Not wanting to over do this point the lads were all fantastic and worked really hard. Well done to all.

Would HIGHLY recommend this removal company. The service was second to none from start to finish. 3 lovely guys who worked fast and efficiently throughout the whole move. Very reasonably priced too-had other quotes, some of which were double and quadruple the cost. Could not have asked for any more from a company,

We used Relocate for the 2nd time at the end of 2024 and were very happy to see that they have not changed since we moved in 2015. The team was professional at all times but also relaxed enough to make a stressful move (dare I say it) fun at times. They were efficient and effective and worked with us to make sure we had everything out the old house and in the new house as quickly as possible!

we don't ever plan on moving house again (the move itself was fine the process before that wasn't) but if we ever did have to move - I would definitely use Relocate again.

Relocate were professional, courteous, and very helpful. The two guys were very proficient, polite and good humoured, and worked very quickly, they moved everything out of my 3 bedroom house within two hours, and then..... waited THREE HOURS while I sat at the estate agents waiting for the keys (yea, I know, I still don't understand why it took so long for the bank and my solicitor to get their act together). Anyway, I have nothing but praise for Relocate and would definitely use them again.

Our experience with relocate removals was excellent nothing was too much trouble for the four guys that moved us.
This is the second time we have used relocate removals and I cannot praise them highly enough.

Overall, I found the staff at Relocate to be friendly and eager to help. Calling out Tracey and Terry (apologies if this is wrong). However couple of points:

Firstly, there were minor incidents involving items missing from storage. Although I raised these issues at the time, I was informed that your team did not have the missing items, despite this not being the case. Thankfully, these items, particularly one of my most prized possessions, were eventually returned to me.

Additionally, I believe I have been overcharged for my relocation. Comparatively, the individual who moved into my property had significantly more belongings and a larger team involved in their move, yet we were charged the same price. I find it difficult to understand why the costs were identical in spite of the evident discrepancies in the volume of items and manpower required.

Giving them a 3 out of 5 based on inconsistency of pricing.

Thanks for responding, just so there are no cross wires here. We both you used relocate, whilst I accepted the 5% discount the original quote was the same when I had less items and less man power required. Re missing items. I absolutely did appreciate staff returning them. However tried to stop them prior to leaving to recheck van.

The guys were amazing…
They made us feel at ease and were very happy in their work. They were courteous, polite and at times very funny in a good way.

I would recommend relocate to all my friends and if you’re thinking of moving, most definitely use this company.
