I used this company to help me move home.
They made the process so easy for me on what was an emotional day.
The company called me twice before the day to confirm the process and on the day turned up on time and just got on with it. The removal men took care of my property when loading and unloading and I couldn’t have asked for better people. Relocate Removals went above and beyond.
I would highly recommend them.

Efficient, friendly and careful. Relocate did a professional and competitive quote. They carefully boxed up everything the day before and packed the lorry. There was no damage unpacking the lorry at the new house and they swiftly and carefully unloaded, moving boxes to where we needed them.

The packers were excellent - efficient and careful, and very friendly, and really alleviated the stress I was feeling about the move. The move itself was very efficiently done too the next day - again a lovely, helpful team - and I was moved from north London, to South Shields, packed and unloaded in the one day. Even my many garden plants were transported with barely a leaf out of place. The company's fees are very competive too. I recommend Relocate Removals without reservation.

I trusted this company with my house move. Whilst they are responsive, their dismantling and re-assembly services are useless. When I raised a claim, they came back staying they don't have qualified professionals for such tasks (so why sell these services in first place) and declined any way to compensate by stating I should have informed them within 7 days. I informed them on 13th day after move.

I recently used Relocate Removals for a move, and while the initial experience was promising, the overall service left much to be desired.

The quote process was excellent—the representative who came to our home was thorough and professional. On the first day of the move, the team worked well together, efficiently loading our belongings onto the van. Stuart stood out for his empathy and tireless work ethic, Chris worked really hard and we had a team member with the right tools who knew what he was doing when disassembling our furniture. If the moving day had been as smooth, this would have been a 5-star review.

However, the actual moving day was incredibly stressful, partly due to issues with our solicitors, but also because of the poor preparation by one of the team members assigned to reassemble our furniture. The person responsible arrived without any tools—not even the basics. We had to lend him our only screwdriver, yet despite this, two wardrobes were left with broken doors—one drawer won’t open, another won’t close properly, and there’s a large chip on the back and sides of the wardrobe. He spent all his time on the wardrobes, leaving the rest of the team to handle the heavy lifting alone.

Several items, including a desk, cabinet, and TV, were not reassembled due to time constraints and the lack of proper tools. This added to our inconvenience, as we had to leave bedroom boxes downstairs because the wardrobes were being assembled in the bedroom.

To make matters worse, we discovered that both toilets in our new home were blocked with wet wipes the next day. It seems one of the team members used these wipes to clean their hands and then flushed them down the toilet which was incredibly frustrating.

While Chris and Stuart worked hard, it didn’t help that one team member seemed visibly fed up on the day of the move, reminding us that if things weren’t sorted by 4 PM, they would take our belongings and charge us again, emphasising that they had families to get home to. We apologised multiple times for their inconvenience regarding matters beyond our control. This, combined with Bill calling me while I was trying to reassure the developer, added unnecessary pressure during an already stressful day.

Given the high cost of Relocate Removals and their reputation, I expected a more professional service. It’s disappointing that the team didn’t include someone skilled in reassembly with the necessary tools. If we had the original team member from Tuesday, I believe the situation would have been much smoother.

Overall, while there were some positives, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I expected better given the premium price we paid!

I used the company to move from East London to West Sussex. The quote was carried out professionally and accurately and the price was competitive compared to the five other companies I asked to quote.

On moving day, the guys turned up on time and carefully but efficiently packed the van. They then repeated the process in reverse when we arrived in West Sussex.

Using Relocate Removals was easily the least stressful part of the whole house selling experience!

We used Relocate for a house move from Hadleigh to Manningtree.

The team were on time, friendly, fast and careful. They followed all of our instructions and seemed genuinely happy to help. We would certainly use their services again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The quote was competitive and everything was moved really well. They were very friendly and gave advice when needed. The day was the hottest day of the year but they did not stop and all was completed quickly but safely putting everything together well.

The team worked efficiently together, they were polite, they respected our furniture and goods. They arrived on time at both destinations. The price agreed was fair.

Bill was warm, fair and friendly, reasonably priced against two rivals. Two guys came the day before to wrap and box and this service was seamless ! Worth every penny! They worked so hard and very quickly. Nothing arrived damaged! The guys were also very experienced so provided help and support around what order to do things. The day of the move was blistering hot! But this did not stop the level of service they all worked so hard! Some slight damage to my wall when getting American fridge freezer in but I think wear and tear during a move is inevitable especially given how hot it was!it was the hottest day of the year 33 degrees! The guys were all respectful , helpful and provided humour when it was needed during a stressful time. The van arrived promptly and safely to my new property and nothing was damaged. I would use relocate again and I would recommend to anyone looking to move. Thank you again relocate. They also assisted me when I was struggling to build my clothes rails which was above and beyond.

We had an amazing experience. Before we finalised, Guy came and assessed the contents of my home and then quoted a very reasonable price. The packers were also excellent, the whole move went smoothly with the help of Relocate Removals. I am extremely happy with their service. They had to dismantle a lot of my furniture and again assemble it back. They even collected the keys as I was late reaching the new property. Very friendly service.

Relocate Removals were just what I needed. From the beginning when Guy came to visit and give me a quote to Brad and Brian who helped me move on the day. After various quotes from removal companies I am so pleased with the service I got from these guys. From Guy coming to do the valuation, the communication leading up to my move and moving day. The guys worked so hard and fast and had my flat packed up so quickly all 3 guys was super friendly which made the day less stressful.
