I needed a back-up remote for my LG Oled smart tv set, and after a lot of web searching stumbled upon this incredible company who supplied me an exact factory match very quickly at a competitive price. Most highly recommended, superb customer service.

I cannot lie, my tv in my bedroom has been without a remote for over 5 years because the two replacements I brought from elsewhere had not worked when they arrived! I brought the Goodmans GVLEDHD32DVD (excluding reprogrammable buttons, voice or pointing features) from here! I actually cried! It worked immediately, no tuning in or programming, it just worked! Cannot thank you enough! Awesome service and awesome products!

This company supplied a working remote control for a twenty five year old ceiling fan is miracle enough, but the service was second to none. It arrived promptly. I did have a problem(not with the remote) they helped me diagnose the issue.
So 5 stars well earned. Thank you.
To my satisfaction

The remote control arrived promptly, and as it is an original, it is far better then the previous replacement (bought elsewhere). The old replacement has dodgy buttons, and only sometimes works - very frustrating. The new one is reliable and works every time. Many thanks.

Sehr kulant, nachdem die erste Fernbedienung nicht funktionierte. Das Geld kam direkt zurück, eine neue Fernbedienung erhielt ich umsonst. Diese funktioniert jetzt.

My Panasonic remote was kaput and no longer manufactured. Remote Controls Shop supplied me with a substitute Panasonic-branded remote. They promised it would be fully compatible, and so it is.

Very easy to find the remote you need, posted the same day and delivered very promptly. Worked first time with no problems.
What more could you ask for, will use them again.

Problems with LG 43UR78006LK remote controls as advertised by Remote Control Shop and Remotes 4U

The following info is with respect to my new TV.

Manufactured 09/24

I have found three remote controls on the web in relation to Model LG 43UR78006LK TV. Two of these are on the Remote Control Shop website and one on Remotes 4U.

The first on Remote Control Shop website states “The LG 43UR78006LK remote control is a direct replacement for the original remote, and provides all the functions to control the device” at a cost of £25.08

As previously stated in my previous Trustpilot which has now been taken offline, this is not true as there is no voice control or Alexa.

The second states “All the functions of the original remote control that came with your LG 43UR78006LK (exclusion of re-programmable buttons, voice or pointing features)” at a cost of £17.94

As can be seen this product does mention the exclusion of re-programmable buttons, voice or pointing features.

The third from Remotes 4U states Remote Control Original but does not mention the exclusion of re-programmable buttons, voice or pointing features at a cost of £48.95.

Having spent well over one 1.1/2 hours on the phone to various companies (Domestic & General, Sky Protect, Equinox and LG) I was eventually informed by LG that the correct control Part No. was MR23GN and if I wanted one I would have to pay for it.

As of Tuesday 19th November I now have a control which fully functions all aspects on the TV, at no additional cost.

This whole fiasco has lasted almost 11 days to resolve.

Finally, I would ask why the correct remote was not sent in the first place?

I recently bought a little Samsung TV from a neighbour and the labels had worn off the remote. I searched for a replacement and found one at Remote Controls Shop. Very good price, quick turnaround and it works perfectly out of the box. No more guessing which button to press!

The replacement remote is as good as the original one that I lost.

All good has been working since we received it.
