Ordered the wrong remote for my you view box, when i realised i rang the company and spoke to a really helpful and very nice lady, she talked me through finding the right model number and she said that the one i ordered was wrong and it had already been dispatched, she then said not to worry she will post the right one out to me with a pre paid envelope to return the one i ordered back to them. What fantastic service, to be trusted to send the first controller back to them. When the correct one arrived it worked straight out of the box. Cannot recommend enough. 😊

This is the second purchase I have made from the Remote Controls Shop and on each occasion I was well satisfied with the service. The products were well displayed and the ordering was straightforward with good paperwork. The items were delivered very promptly and worked straight out of the box. Notes were attached where necessary. Guarantees were supplied for faulty or incorrect items and a helpline was available but was unnecessary in my case as they both worked correctly. This business is very professional and would definitely be my first choice for any future purchases of remote controls.
