Could not fault anything at all.. The service, hospital, staff, surgeon, support was all amazing and made me feel at ease. Would 100% recommend for gastric sleeve

Had a Gastric Sleeve with RenovatedMe.
The experience has been smooth and seamless from the very onset.
Ildem and Aybuke were fantastic coordinators. The Hospital staff at Thermessos Antalya were great! Caring, loving and professional despite the language barrier. Me and my sister were really taken care of. Had my surgery with Dr Umut, professional, came to visit everyday before and after the surgery until I was discharged.
I’d recommend for Bariateic surgery 10/10

I want to warn people about this
company I nearly booked my gastric sleeve with.

Whilst researching the surgeon Dr Umut Riza Gundaz. I found a lovely woman who messaged me to let he know he had performed her surgery and whilst her operation was successful, he had caused 2 deaths.
Many people she knew of in the companies what'sapp company group had complications, but when anyone commented anything negative they were shut down or removed from the group so they made their own new group to share information.
Apparently the company were covering up lot of things.

The company was Regenesis. Apparently they sacked him and he's now working for Renovatedme, a relatively new company.

We all know there are complications and deaths is possibility. So i messaged Renovatedme and asked if there had been any leaks or deaths and was told none! This was the most worrying aspect for me, the fact they are lying about the deaths. When I called her a liar, she told me she only told me what she knew. How she didn't know of the 2 deaths is utter rubbish and if true shows how incompetent they are.
But its obvious they knew and are covering it up.

Another lady messaged me and said she had a horrendous experience with the hospital and staff, but when anything negative was posted in the Renovatedme group they were attacked or removed.

I'm a 44 single mum to 2 children so if I had gone ahead with the surgery and died my children would be left with nobody.

What Renovatedme are doing is immoral and evil, messing with people's lives and lying about the surgeon's history..People should have the right to make an informed decision on such an expensive and life threatening surgery.

I am now back to the drawing board trying to find a surgeon and a company I trust for my surgery.

I'm writing this post to warn others as I don't want blood on my hands if someone died because of Dr Umut Rıza Gündüz and I said nothing.

RESPONSE- the coroner's report in the inquest clearly states Dr Umuts name. And when I asked about deaths I was told none which is a clear lie. When I questioned this I was told 'I gave you the information I knew'!! That says it all.
Whether you want to pass the buck to Regenesis they are a company they weren't the ones wielding the knife that killed 2 women.

From start to where I am now 9 weeks post op, the support and knowledge I have been given has been amazing. The coordinater lldem has been a rock. The surgeon was extremely approachable, professional and caring and the whole staff team at the hospital were first class. The test before the operation were very in-depth and with my experience the doctors out there diagnosed me diabetes when my own gp back home didn’t. I would personally highly recomend RenovatedMe . Nothing is to much trouble and the support given is amazing !

From the initial enquiry to now (6 months post op) my experience getting a Gastric Sleeve through RenovatedMe has been exceptional.

There is a friendly WhatsApp group to speak with people who have had the surgery and people who are thinking about it.

No question feels stupid to ask, Ildem is so approachable and easy to speak to. From the first message I sent I felt welcomed and looked after.

VIP transfers from the airport to hospital, hospital to hotel and hotel to airport were included and the drivers were all absolutely lovely.

The facilities in the hospital in Antalya were wonderful, and Aybuke who looks after you when in Turkey is amazing. A friendly face from the moment you arrive. The staff are all friendly and will look after you.

I am still really happy with RenovatedMe almost 6 months on from my operation, and Ildem is like a little cheerleader as my journey continues.

I have no regrets at all booking with RenovatedMe.

I had gastric sleeve surgery with this company I was very anxious about having surgery in a different country but I couldn't recommend them enough better after care than the nhs

I had my sleeve 2nd May this year. Lidem is amazing so supportive nothing is too much trouble for her. Everything was organised and stress free. The team and surgeon at the hospital were fantastic and couldn’t have looked after me any better. If you’re thinking about it… do it. My only regret is I didn’t do it sooner. Thank you Renovated Me

Ildem responds so quickly and been amazing at communicating every little step of the way. They are unlike other companies who chase and chase and chase once a quote is provided, I was given all the information I needed, able to have all my questions asked directly to surgeon and was kept up to date. Even to point Ildem would keep my family back at home updated whilst I could concentrate on recovering. The whole process was seamless and the VIP transport was a good send, he was always on time and kept us comfy... even bought us breakfast! The hotel recommendation was great too and had everything within very small complex so I didn't need to walk too far. The surgeon was amazing (Dr Asim) and the results are beyond my wildest dreams of what he's managed to achieve. Had zero problems and when I have had any concerns I can drop Ildem a message and she gets back to me promptly. Amazing service and will most definitely use again!

Fabulous experience from start to end! From the minute you book in, to flying home after the procedure. Ildem is always on hand if you need any questions answering, and the hospital staff are amazing! So attentive and nothing is too much for them! I felt so reassured by the nurses and my surgeon. So glad I found and went with RenovatedME!!

8 days post op. Went to Termessos Hospital in Antalya with Proff Dr Umut Gunduz through RenovatedMe.
Cost £2800 for gastric sleeve. Includes a lot more than most including insurance for a year incase anything goes wrong. They will pay for you to go back and treat you etc. The care was amazing. Best experience I have had considering it’s surgery! They can’t do enough for you. All of the surgery is done to UK/EU regs. And the amount of paperwork I was given to hand to my GP was amazing!

Booking surgery abroad is always scary. But this company made my experience from day one nothing but Exceptional.
I can’t thank lldem enough for the support she gave before, during and still giving. The hospital was great no complaints at all. Surgeon & all the medial team where second to none.. overall I give 10/10! Can’t wait to return for any future plastics I may need 😃😃

Where do I start? From contacting lots of different clinics from the uk and abroad I found RenovatedME for my gastric sleeve surgery. From the moment I spoke to ildem I knew instantly she and the company was the correct place for me to have surgery. From discussion, booking, the run up, travelling, surgery itself and aftercare everything has been faultless. I’m now 16 days post opp and recovering well and ildem is still messaging me constantly to check I’m ok and adjusting to my new way of life. I haven’t been ildems easiest client from waking her up early mornings worrying that things weren’t normal and I’m so grateful for her reassurance that I was ok. Thank you for everything and I can’t wait for my journey to continue and finally being happy in my own skin.

My hospital in turkey was incredible also, the care from the surgeon and the nurses was also amazing. Also Aybuke who works for renovatedme over there. She was my rock during my time there and I couldn’t be more grateful for her just looking at me and telling me it was all ok

I actually cannot say a single thing I was not happy with or felt that needed to be change. I couldn’t recommend renovatedme enough and will definitely be using them again in the future if I need more surgery.

I am very happy that I chose this particular clinic, the doctor is amazing, after surgery support is very great 😊

My partner and I was sleeved on 23 March 2023. Ildem was just wonderful and communicated with us throughout the process. Nothing was too much to ask and Ayebuke who met us there went out of her way to make us feel welcome and took care of everything during our hospital stay. Ildem continually checks up on you and you can always rely on her for advice anytime if the day. Hospital was clean and staff friendly. Highly recommend.

Ildem was exceptional all the way through the process. Answered all my questions and offered me the chance to speak with my surgeon.
From start of experience and ongoing the care I have received has been amazing.

From day one of contact they were amazing, the communication was amazing and there were there to answer all my questions even when I had to have extra people with me they made the arrangements.
When I was at the hospital and the aftercare it was all amazing I had someone with me at all times to talk me through what wad going on and even now I'm home they are still in contact to make sure things are still all OK.

Honestly can not recommend the renovated me team enough.

Form my initial enquiries to where I am today, 3 weeks post gastric sleeve nothing was to much trouble. I must have asked a 1000 questions and every one was answered straight away and put me at ease that they knew exactly what they were doing and I was in safe hands.

Booking was simple and I was able to add my husband as a companion.

The transfer and hospital stay were very professional,clean and caring. I had all the test done and was ready for surgery within 14 hours or arriving. (Honestly if I'd had them done in the NHS it would have taken 3 years for all the appointments and tests I had done)

I had a fabulous translator with me in Turkey who helped me through everything.(I could not have done it without her)

My surgeon was very good and listened to what I wanted from surgery and visited me multiple times post op untill he was happy to discharge me home.

The theatre team looked after me really well and I felt very safe in their hands.

I'm now 3 weeks post op and can honestly say my follow up has been outstanding from ildem. I feel fabulous and urge anyone thinking of booking to do it with renovated me......you won't regret it.
