Excellent service, the products were received in great condition and amazing quality.

I ordered a display replacement for an iPad from this company; they sent a defective one and refused to accept a return or exchange. Their email and phone customer service was also very passive aggressive and unprofessional. They refused to acknowledge the product was defective and continued to state that their decision to not compensate me was final.

Total waste of $100 some dollars. Do not buy any expensive replacement parts from here. You’re much safer off buying from ifixit.

Disgrace of a company, charged me for items I didn’t receive, never ordering again

I ordered a LCD screen and digitizer for my iPad and the screen they sent me when I connected it was defective. I emailed them, sent them images showing that the old screen was cracked and worked but the new one was just showing white lines. They sent me info to return the screen but then denied the return because it was damaged. That’s the reason I was returning it is because it didn’t work. Makes no sense

I ordered a display for my phone and they sent me the wrong one. They charged me $11.00 for restocking and I had to pay $8.00 to ship the part back. What a bad business, I lost $19 because they have a badly programed website. Save your money and don't buy from them

Worst customer service. I ordered a glass screen for my iPad air and when it was shipped the screen had scratches all over it and when you contact them about a replacement they want you to ship it back to them and you have to pay for shipping to them and then they will charge you to ship your replacement. By the time you pay all that you just paid for another screen. DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.

I don't want to give them one star. I ordered a replacement screen for my Stylo 4 g they sent me one that was broken. I called them the same day and let them know I was mailing it back.sent them the tracking number three days later they send me a email telling me they cannot refund my money because the screen was cracked. They told me to file a claim with the postal department. I asked them to send me a picture of the broken screen and they can't. I spent $34 and I'm very upset I had to pay $5 for shipping it here and $9 to ship it back. That's $43 that they think they're going to get away with. I will be putting in a claim with PayPal. Very dysfunctional. I would never use this services again. They are CROOKS...

Service is very quick and easy. I will shop again and I will recommend them to other persons since I know a few persons who shop online.

Ordered parts from them and specified Priority 2-Day. The order was "shipped" that day, but it stayed in USPS awaiting item for 10 days. They stated that the USPS was the hold up, but even with COVID, there isn't a 10 day backlog. At least they were quick in responding to my PayPal dispute and fully refunded the charge.

Very good seller. Everything was fine. The entire experience was an amazing one. I can't complain about anything.
