This was the first time i have ever ordered from them and will never do so again. Out of the 3 replacement part i ordered the only thing correct was the adhesive to put back on phone. The charge port replacement part was the wrong one which put my phone into airplane mode (took me 2 days to figure this out) now i cant even use my phone. The wireless pad was the wrong one.. i spent $51 total to have overnighted just to have all the wrong parts. Messaged support they were not helpfull at all. Been trying to contact them again today about charge port issue of course no response, Do not order any Note 10 plus parts from here..

Don't buy anything from this vendor. They will sell you used part as 'new'. And the worst part is they still deduct so called %15 restocking fee even it is not your fault to return the item.

Please BEWARE of their delivery policies. I placed an order with them and it took much longer (2 weeks) than they anticipated and I never received the package. The post office marked it as delivered so I contacted repairs universe customer service, they told me to speak to my mailman or go to the post office, which I did. At the post office, I was told they couldn't find the package so I contacted repairs universe again, they told me if the post office marked as delivered then there was nothing they could do. Also, read their return policies. They will charge a restocking for return parts. I am so disappointed in them! [SIGH]

I had such a flawless experience shopping with them. Lots of product availability

Ordered an iPad screen, installed normally as I always do, but powered on and saw that the LCD was cracked. They told me to send it back for an RMA, and I paid over $30 to return it, only to have them tell me tough luck and that the decision to not replace the screen by the Returns Manager was final, so I'm going to dispute with my bank. Unfortunate; I had read so many good reviews.

I’d give them 0 stars if it was possible. The company sends defective products and the MAKES YOU PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK. It’s a mark of truly terrible customer service and I wouldn’t advise anyone to spend any money with them as they can’t stand behind their products enough to offer to give you a return label for a defective product. I could almost understand paying for return shipping if I hadn’t paid for the initial shipping, but I did. Customer service agent was completely unhelpful at resolving the issue and despite promising several times to call me back once she spoke with her “manager”, she never did. Truly in disbelief at how terrible this company is.
