I have been driving for 40 years and can't remember when I have received such Brilliant Customer Service from a car dealership. I had some teething problems with my car and it was booked in, fixed and ready for collection in 48 hrs from the first phone call to the call to come and collect, with a courtesy car to-boot.

On first of march .I purchased a Alfa romeo tonale tributo .The saleman i liaised with was Nathan stanton.And he was absolutely outstanding from start to finish,has it had been 14years since my last car purchase.I was a bit unsure how things worked.But Nathan made me feel relaxed through the whole experiemce.He was very patient and very imformative.So a big thankyou to Nathan and Research garage.For a great experience for the purchase of my new Alfa.Kind regards Steve Mason

Car was cleaned and communication was excellent.

Took my car in for its final service and MOT just before the warranty ran out. Was contacted in the morning told the brake discs and pads needed replacing £580 and the rear washer investigating £196.
Really disappointed to discover after we declined and took it home that the rear washer was just a disconnected pipe, easily spotted by hubby within a minute of looking under thee bonnet and a 2 min fix costing less than £5 at the motorists shop. Our local brake specialist said nothing the matter with the discs and no need to replace the pads yet.
Could have forked out nearly £800, one of their guys said he would have a quick look at the rear washer for us and came back saying it needed looking at but the motor was working. I would have thought a quick glance down at the rear washer pipe when they realised it wasn't working could have been included in it's service without trying to grab nearly £200 for doing so.
Totally lost confidence in them. Had not complained about the extra £25 I had to pay when they decided my service was longer than the afternoon slot they had booked me into even though told when we bought the car courtesy cars were free.
The staff on the desk are always lovely but they obviously have cashflow issues if they are reneging on the agreements given on purchase and grabbing every last penny back from their customers.

Just bought my second jeep off Nathan at research garage Nuneaton. Top service again from Nathan. Car prepared exactly as promised very happy. If you want a jeep ask for Nathan as he will get you the car you really want at a good deal Five stars again! Jo 👍

Liam at Hinckley managed to get me the model and colour I wanted when other dealers said I would have to wait 3/4 months. Nice to deal with and provided first class service and responses when asked.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! First time of meeting Blake was when my old car went in as it had issues so I had a hire car and Blake kindly shown me how to use it and sat with me until I was comfortable. We got talking about potentially looking at new cars which I was interested in as the old car was stressing me out. We left it a few months with it being close to Christmas and then we got a call about new vehicles coming in. Left it a few weeks and then went in to speak about getting a new car. Went in and fell in love with the car I was shown and never once felt pressured or pushed into getting it which we were very happy about. Blake kept us at ease and kept us up to date with everything about the car and its finance. When we went to collect Blake was fantastic and kept me in the loop and took the time out to show me how to charge the vehicle and answered any questions. Am extremely impressed and happy with the service received can not thank Blake enough. Thank you for all your help and wonderful customer service 100/10

Been hiring my cars from Research for more than 5 years and their service is second to none. Dealing with Heather in the rental department is such a pleasure and nothing is too much trouble for her. Recently I had the need to take one of my cars in for repair and Heather arranged another car for the day while the repair was completed and apologised for the colour of the curtesy car - I quite like Mustard now! Communication was great and she even offered to delivery my car back to me on her way home from the garage to save me driving into Hinckley and I could not recommend Heather or Research more and I give them both a 5 star rating.

Excellent service from the team at Research Peugeot.
My vehicle was recalled for a small update. The whole team were efficient and friendly.
A special mention has to be made to Heather, for her efficient and friendly manner.
