Avoid!!!
I would never buy another car from carbase! I was pre warned by friends and family but chose to go ahead. Ive drove the car 2,000 miles and not had it 6 months and have already had numerous issues. One being the suspension going. It makes an awful clunking noise throughout the car, it has also needed new breaks, break disks due to failing a mot and since the mot and repairs by the garage the car keeps going into limp mode and i now need to pay for diagnostics. I purchased the additional warranty which i was almost forced into and on there the suspension should be covered but they are refusing to touch it because it is ‘fine for now’ and no lights are showing which is not the case. The complaints team are also no help! Avoid this company! The RAC warranty is a scam. Make that make sense the suspension is covered by that warranty but they are still refusing to touch it. I am now stuck and do not know what to do, i love the car but do not trust it nor do i trust car base and i am massively out of pocket.

Slick operation, but somewhat long winded if you really don't want the many extras on sale!!!!

The finance process was very easy, and you go home in 2 hour , whit a car you want.
I bought a Hyundai i30 from 2015
They help you ,I'n case you have an old car and you want to sell to them.
If you go there,I recommend Mr.Ray Cox ,as a sales advisor.

Excellent selection of vehicles and so far the car has been great. However, during busy periods you should expect to wait around to be seen. I also felt we were given a hard sell on the extended warranty which was not really appreciated.

Good selection of cars
Good range of cars, but can't give 5 stars, as sales experience took ages when coming to collect the car. (4.5 hours with a trade in and finance, rather long!). The car was immaculate though, and things were done properly for the most part.
Also, be vigilant, they just add extras and warranties on and you have to ask for them to be removed if you don't want them.
Finally, we called up after we got home as we discovered the valet key was missing from the inside of the key, but Jayden did not care to call us back. Feels like once the sale is made "why bother".

Tried to sell a car, not fit for purpose. Sales team at Weston (Nathan & Neil) About as much use as a chocolate fire guard. They spent hours shinning the car but didn’t check if it runs & drives. Which it didn’t! 5/6 week process plus another two weeks to get deposit back. Emailed owner, no response.
You’d get better service from ‘Trotters Independent’
