I valued the points system used to rate how good your resume is. And the helpful tips. I paid for the 14 day access and it was easy to use and very simple to cancel the subscription which is always good to know. It was value for money.

This sucks
This sucks. Spent hour making perfect cover letter then going to make resume. Got to pay page entered credit card wouldn’t accept. I called nerd. This yo-yo tells me my card has international block bullshit but ok I call credit one. Nope no block I ask have they tried to bill it nope. Turned me down and never tried it with card number. Lady there checked twice so call nerd back. Called me a liar nothing wrong on their end I had to diagnose know nerd never tried get money i even tried other credit card. Prick called me liar. They never tried getting whopping $2.75. Said on me. Pathetic I contacted them email no help. Several other cards tried nothing worked. I think after fighting 5 hour give me the trial free
If not 5 hours and principal I’d tell em F off. They should be better. Rate minus 10 bc no help and called a liar when I was right

Amazing features
It is always so hard and confusing to complete your resume. I never know what to list and what not to list. I am usually left wondering whether the bullet points are correct or even whether they should be bullet points. Resumenerd took care of that. It has several templates to choose from, and it offered suggestions on what to put on your resume and what should be left off. It helped me reword sentences I was struggling with. And then it graded it and gave me suggestions to improve it. I would definitely recommend it and will use it again. I took advantage of the 3-dollar initial charge. If I had to say anything negative about it, then I would have to say the price. If you are using the services and looking for a job, and the price is too high. I would consider 10 dollars a month, but 24 is just too high.

Fraudulently Charges Payment Methods
This company offered a promotion to use their services for a period of time, which included a promotional price. There was no detail that listed any additional charges, simply a promotional price for a promotional time. This company charged my debit card the appropriate amount of $2.75 on 8/10/2026, but a second charge for $23.95 is now processing in my account for a service I never agreed to continue. I am unable to remove my banking information once inputted on the website, so this company is now fraudulently charging my debit card without any ability for me to redact my personal payment information. I was able to cancel this service (hopefully no additional charges come to my card or I will need to replace it), but I plan to warn others of my experience across all review platforms.
