The resumes skills on this app are great I only canceled cause I cant afford it and I was only using it the one time. But it is an amazing help to build a resume and cover letter!

Excellent Customer Service
About two weeks ago I needed to quickly update my resume and cover letter that I had created with ResumeNerd a few years ago. When I logged in I coulnd't find them. I called your customer service department and got the most wonderful employee (I wish I could remember his name). His customer service was impeccable!! He was professional, acted witha sense or urgency and was able to help me find me resumer and cover letter. Predatory Billing & Absurd Refund Math
I’m writing this as a warning: do not trust their "no recurring billing" marketing. It’s a total bait-and-switch designed to catch you off guard.
They lure you in with a 2-week trial for $2.95, explicitly suggesting it’s a one-time thing. It isn’t. Before I knew it, that "trial" morphed into a $23.95 monthly charge.
The "customer service" experience was the final insult. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes just to speak to a human, I was told that a refund—for a charge I caught within 48 hours—would take seven business days to process. To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to return the full amount. Despite charging me $23.95 on February 28th, they claimed they would only refund $11.95.
Apparently, their policy involves keeping half your money for a service you didn't want and tried to cancel immediately. Save your money and your sanity—go with a company that actually has transparent billing practices.

I have never made a resume before
I have never made a resume before, so I was worried about it. Resumenerd made it very easy with various styles of headers. I just had to give them a general job title and they would give you many options of descriptions of job exp for each job description you give. You can edit of course with ease. The while process was super easy to navigate I promise if you can't find a job with these than I am speechless!

I am writing to request a cancellation of my subscription and a full refund for the charges made to my account, associated with the email address(will reveal on a private conversation) I also sent an email to,help@resumenerdcom on the 17th of February,but I haven't received a reply yet by far.
I was charged $34.75 on 19 November 2015, till the 15th of this month,February 2026. With 8 charges of 34.75. Please see the attachments for references, as also I had to cancelled my current card, to stop the on going charges.
On 19 November 2025,I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription and request a the refund due to the one off payment for my subscription, for a cover letter and resume.
Please confirm this cancellation and refund in writing.
