Hello,
We are genuinely sorry for any confusion. We would like to take the opportunity to explain the reason for the recurring charges.
Our 14-day trial auto-renews to our monthly access until you decide that it has met your expectations and proceed to cancel your subscription. To avoid any misunderstanding, this information is provided before, during, and after the subscription is bought. We also provide this information in the welcoming email sent during the purchase.
We have provided you with a refund as a sign of goodwill. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refund to be available on your account. We are certainly committed to changing your mind about us and ensuring that you receive the excellent customer service we pride ourselves on.
Thank you for your time!

I was not forwarned that this site costs
I was not forwarned that this site was not free on the site before I spent hours working on my resume.I was only notified that I needed to pay only when I was trying to get my resume uploaded to a business I was applying for.Of course anyone would pay after working so hard and being in a rush. That is manipulation.Next, I find my debit card was being charged $ 23.95 monthly when I was not even using or was aware I signed up for that. There needs to be more honesty and transparency from ResumeNerd. And a complete 💯 refund to victims.
