The resumes skills on this app are great I only canceled cause I cant afford it and I was only using it the one time. But it is an amazing help to build a resume and cover letter!

They advertise as a free service…
They advertise as a free service however once you complete making your resume they then tell you that you must pay after going through all the work, they pull a bait and switch. It also is not a one time payment, it is a monthly payment. They need to make this known before you put in the work to build your resume.

Was OK experience
Was OK experience, quick to sort out a basic CV for a job application Was happy to pay a small amount for 2 week trial. However, it did then say after the trial period expired, I would be billed at around $18 a month which seems very steep. When I immediately cancelled the subscription it offered me an 84% discount so the monthly subscription would be around $3 a month. I think this is quite insulting as a consumer. If you had set your initial subscription at the discounted price, I may have considered keeping it going, but dropping it from such a high amount left me feeling a tad exploited and wouldn't want to do business with such a company again. They did provide me with a decent enough CV though which I was happy with.

I did the 14 day trial for $2.75
I did the 14 day trial for $2.75. Says an automatic monthly charge will start for $23.95 on 12/3. Today is 12/1, I am unable to login on their site making it impossible to cancel. I sent an email to the company asking them to cancel. I will be very unhappy if I am charged $23.95 on 12/3. Companies love having your credit card as they see it as permission to take your money for nothing on a monthly basis. Disappointed with lack of ability to login and cancel. Cancel my subscription now please, and return all of my funds that you have already taken. I have contacted your email and called numbers and have not received an answer. This will result in further serious consequences.

The resume building tools were easy to use and self explanatory. Finding resumenerd.com when I did got me through a really stressful time and quickly provided me with a professional looking resume, and the website walks you through the entire process even providing suggestions for things I wanted to include but didn't know how to go about doing it.
