The resumes skills on this app are great I only canceled cause I cant afford it and I was only using it the one time. But it is an amazing help to build a resume and cover letter!

I did the 14 day trial for $2.75
I did the 14 day trial for $2.75. Says an automatic monthly charge will start for $23.95 on 12/3. Today is 12/1, I am unable to login on their site making it impossible to cancel. I sent an email to the company asking them to cancel. I will be very unhappy if I am charged $23.95 on 12/3. Companies love having your credit card as they see it as permission to take your money for nothing on a monthly basis. Disappointed with lack of ability to login and cancel.

Simply put, Lucas! He’s a fantastically warm, kind, hospitable person (which doesn’t come easily in today’s AI world!). Although, I called in to cancel (due to a layoff), he saved the sale by offering me a deal. Please tell him to keep up the great work! Awful company have been taking £18.50…
Awful company have been taking £18.50 out of my bank every month for over a year without my knowledge even after I’ve emailed twice asking to cancel and stop this and the only response I got was that I don’t have an account with them only a basic so no payment is taken? Very confused and I want my money back!
