Terrible customer service
Their communication was awful and they refuse to accept responsibility for things going wrong with my delivery. Would NOT recommend and if I can help it I will not use them again.
The driver was rude and everyone I spoke to from RGB to BJS which is the company they use for the delivery has refused to take responsibility for the lack of professionalism and responsibility when it comes to my order. Order which was cancelled before I was given the chance to arrange for a redelivery.

No delivery but happily take the money
Ordered a soundbar on the Tuesday for delivery Friday. Nothing. Called them, and was told someone tried to call me (no voice message, no missed calls...) to confirm the order (?!) and because I didn't confirm, no delivery. Absolutely absurd, misleading and won't be using them again.
