I've been buying from Richer Sounds for 20 years and have never been disappointed with their quality and service. Usually I purchase in store but for a change I used telesales. Jason the store manager is someone I've dealt with for years and he took my order very efficiently. When I had to return an unused TV bracket, Gaetan dealt with my request brilliantly. A fantastic business and I hope they will be around for years to come.

Helped to chose amplifier by someone who knew what he was talking about, ordered quickly and delivered in 2 days even though I chose the free delivery option. Have used Richer Sounds before and never been disappointed.

I always use Richer sounds for all of my tv and Hi Fi requirements, and have done for many years. The team are so knowledgeable about their products, especially tvs, which for the average person is to say the least, a little confusing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really easy to order and got a call to say when it was ready to collect

I was made aware of a very good offer for a LG TV through being a VIP member. I had been considering upgrading, so I called into the Richer Sounds shop in Cheltenham and the very knowledgable guy who served me had everything sorted in good time and it was delivered, as directed, to my home the next morning. Great all round service thank you.

Representative was extremely helpful and friendly at helping finding the product I wanted and gave a few tips that helped significantly on setting up the equipment.

Because it was raining quite heavily outside they offered assistance at making sure I and the product didn't get wet. Will definitely use again for more items!

When I arrived at Richer Sounds there were two staff members and an existing customer. Immediately a staff member turned to me and was with me for the full time I was in the store and had purchased a Samsung TV, probably approaching an hour, I wanted to replace an ageing Sony. We narrowed the choice down to a TV of the right size, at an acceptable price and with particular facilities I wanted. All my questions were answered. I was giver an idea of when to accept delivery. It was delivered two days after my visit to the store.

Excellent sevice from Jason, all staff were very friendly and helpful . Must not forget Andy from Sparkes he was so kind and did not rush, did all setting up of the TV for us. Would think Richer Sounds and Sparkes are a great partnership.

Good clear advice, not only from the person dealing, but from other members of staff too in connection with a technical matter. Also very helpful in checking that my hearing aid bluetooth connection worked with the TV.

Would recommend to anyone as a great experience and price. Collected from store in Solihull, very good service. When I got the earbuds home, one was not working (manufacturer’s error), great service from Cheltenham branch who replaced them immediately. Very pleasant staff as always. Great help offered.

Helpful customer service and exactly the products I wanted at a reasonable price. The only downside was that I was not told that I would need a connecting cable to link the devices I purchased. Delivery was quick and efficient.

Visited Richer Sounds in Cheltenham to enquire about a streamer with a CD player. Spoke with Richard who suggested I look at the Eversolo play CD edition. No sales pressure whatsoever simply good solid advice. Returned a few weeks later and purchased the item along with Dali speakers. Delivery took one week. Now installed and very happy with sound and quality.

I wanted to buy an Audiolab 7000A amplifier and the Cheltenham branch had one that a previous customer
had tried out but had rejected it so I was able to buy it
at over £100 less than its list price. Since then I have listened to music using most of the inputs both digital and analogue.The sound quality is superb even legacy
sources like my cassette deck sounds great. Highly recomended.

Purchase of TV at Cheltenham. OAPs, knew what we needed and Mandy (known from previous purchases and very helpful) checked options and a TV bought without further ado. Delivered as arranged. Great service!
