Shop/demo of kit was great
Shop/demo of kit was great, staff at Cheltenham very helpful.
Only letdown (which I don’t hold Richersounds directly responsible for) was my amp delivery arrived a day late when I had taken time out to be available on the arranged delivery date (FedEx were the issue- Leak use them it seems, to courier their goods)

It's really disappointing that the courier used by the supplier let the side down somewhat however and we will of course feed this back to Leak so they can review themselves.

Buying is very easy with knowledgeable staff. Delivery was quick and the whole experience was very easy as always. Prices are good and some were much cheaper than local and big stores.
Have used Cheltenham branch for many years and would use again next time I buy.

Purchased an LG OLED65G6; a 5 star TV and a 5 star service provided by Jason and his team.

Open box bargain
I popped in having had them reserve an open box item for me over the phone and it was put aside for me as expected.
The item was brand new, just an opened box so a great saving over the already great priced new item.
The staff were very helpful as always and a pleasure to deal with.
Richer Sounds are perhaps the only company I still wholeheartedly recommend after being a customer for many years!

Great staff and product range, very competitive prices too
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They tried hard to make sure the television was right for me and satisfied my needs.
The Samsung oled tv is an amazing product, a fabulous picture and the set looks terrific too.

The product was not properly described
The product was not properly described. I was assured I would have a full wireless system so i was disappointed to find that I had a cable linking the two rear speakers.
I don’t blame the staff in Cheltenham for this – they were extremely helpful as always. It’s more the fact that Samsung poorly describe their products.

I've spoken directly with the store team who I understand have since contacted you to arrange exchange or refund, but your preference was to keep the unit. I will of course pass your comments to the supplier, and run through the issue with the colleagues so they can try and avoid a similar misunderstanding in the future.
